Yes, checked into 3 rooms...found hair in the first bed (sheets never changed). Huge hole in the ceiling...glass was filthy with fingerprints...second room smelt of pee...drains were clogged...more hair on the floor...and nobody was willing to do anything to rectify my situation. I spoke with the front desk multiple times and he was completely unwilling to be of any help besides change us to another filthy room. He did offer an upgrade but wanted me to pay extra, in past experiences such discusting situations calls for a free upgrade. THIS HOTEL NEEDS SERIOUS HELP! I have been in the hotel industry for 4 years and am currently the operations manager of a homewood suites in kennesaw ga. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life and feel something should be done to rectify this situation, i simply gave up with the staff...

Upon arrival, desk staff pleasant and courteous. We were told that they had brand new elevators (however, one of them never functioned during our visit). The room was an oceanfront room as advertised. Beds were made and did have clean sheets. The television was adequate. The AC worked,but, its thermostat was either on or off (it took getting used to/but, it did function). There was a table and 2 chairs in the room. One of the chairs was seriously broken (for some reason, they had left the chair in the room?). The front door had a dead bolt and a chain lock (our chain lock's latch was damaged and had been torn from the wall). The bathroom had not been adequately cleaned upon arrival. Urine was evident on the toilet seat. There was also a urine odor near the sliding glass door of the room. Enough about the room. If you are looking for an Ocean Front room with below standard conditions/this room would be for you.

The room was dirty, bathroom sink and toilet were not working, trouble getting the room service. I will not stay at this hotel again, and would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was ok but all the pets were barking all the time. We complained the entire stay but the pets were just to much plus the smell was terrible.

We travel a lot and we've never, i mean never, been to a hotel like this. This place looked ok from the outside. When we walked in the front door it was like being swallowed by the house of horror!! The place smelled bad. I would describe it as old urine smell I guess. The elevators were wet and smelled even worse. We waled into our room and I was so disappointed. You walked into the kitchen which was very small. The fridge and the room door couldn't be opened at the same time. The bathroom was across from the kitchen sink. We didn't have enough utinsels for 4 people. There was tile and wall paper falling off the wall. some laying on the floor. Everytime you closed the bathroom door big chunks of dirt fell off. The patio furniture was broken. The dresser draws didn't close all the way and were in the walkway of the room. We had burnt out light bulbs as well.The drain in the shower was partially plugged and we stood in water as we showered. I complained but was told there was nothing they could do because I booked through orbitz. I had to ask for clean towels every day. I kept getting the response that they didn't have any. Had to wait for laundry. It didn't matter what time of the day it was. One day i found a huge bug in the bathroom!! This pushed me over the edge. I complained to desk staff for about the 10th time. They did finally get me a discount on the room. It was not near enough. The only reason we stayed was because we didn't have the money to pay for two places and because we are a military family and conditions in Iraq aren't that great either. However, we paid for the this place and I have never been so let down. I will think twice about planning another vacation through orbitz. So much for our family getaway. This hotel pretty much ruined it.

Well for the single good thing, It was a nice view from the 10th floor. We started on the 8th floor and soon as the door was opened, the strong smell of smoke hit us. This is supposed to be a "smoke free hotel", well that was not true. We were moved to the 10th floor which had no odor but the walls had been patched and not painted over and the bathroom door had been torn up on the inside (shreaded). This place invites pets and that is good but watch where you step. The beach in front of the hotel and the hotel grounds itself was littered with thousands of cig butts! Would never stay there again. Not worth the cheap price!!!This place need renovation or a better maint, staff! Beware.

Old place, worn-out; might be good for a frat-party. Check-in was awful due to one VERY odd man ...

Overall the trip was very restfull--We did ask that our room be cleaned while we were out and when we returned at 3:30 in afternoon the room still had not been cleaned--when we checked with the manager she told us the cleaning crew said our "do not disturb" sign was out which was not true--the manager was not very friendly --they charged us for our little 6 lb dog which is understandable but could not even clean our room---we definitely will not stay there again

Stayed at hotels that were less than this 3 star hotel and had wonderful staff and room. [...] (desk clerk) rudely hung up on me when I wanted to change my dates. It was confirmed that I would get the ocean view room I requested BUT DID NOT GET IT.Instead I got a room that overlooked a storage area of chemicals for the pool. Got in the room and coffee was broke told no maintenance was on until 9 am in the morning. I reported it them and never did got a new pot.Shower curtain fell out of the wall, and tissue box would not stay in.Had to go out to dunken donuts every day to get coffee. I think We had the worse room in the hotel. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THAT HOTEL AGAIN. DEFENITLY NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL IN MY BOOK.
