Monterey Bay Suites is an oceanfront Myrtle Beach resort, offering luxurious suites with full and partial ocean views.
The hotel has direct access to the Grand Strand beach; downtown-area attractions, shopping, and dining, as well as NASCAR SpeedPark, are within 5 miles.

Guests start their day with a complimentary breakfast. A lazy river, spa tubs, and 4 pools-both indoors and outside provide plenty of family fun at Monterey Bay Suites.

Recently renovated, Monterey Bay's upscale suites feature granite and raised oak cabinets, solid mahogany furnishings, as well as kitchens with updated appliances. Monterey Bay's spacious suites also feature balconies with full or angled ocean views.
Families will enjoy our new carpet and sofa selections for 2011.

Safe Location with Great Price

I went to meet several friends over the week-end and stayed at this hotel. It is in a safe location, without traffic but convenient to everything. The room was clean with an awesome view. The only thing that would have been better is for the room entrance not to be in your bedroom...reverse floor plan needed! The parking is a little tight but I looked on previous reviews and elected to drive a smaller car. Breakfast was very good and not just fruit, fruit loops, etc...hot breakfast! I highly recommend!

Nightlife tip: Short drive from hotel

I loved the Comedy Cabana which is about 3.5 miles from hotel....check it out if you want a good laugh!

Nice Place, Family Friendly

The Monterey Bay was nice and clean. The upgrades such as the flat panel TVs, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops were very nice, and the indoor pool area is great. However the beds do need new mattresses because they are very soft and flimsy. The complimentary breakfast is a bonus. Nice place over all.
