Great Value
It's a great value for the price, with comfortable rooms and an large room. The lazy river was heated well enough to swim in despite the December month. I wish the carpets were a little softer, but that's a small price to pay.

Nice Family Fun
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a great view of the ocean. The room had everything we needed. The thing to remember is you must first park in the parking garage and then go up to the first floor to check in to the hotel. After that you are all set to enjoy your stay.

Great for family
Really enjoyed our stay, didn't do anything the weather was on the chilly side so stayed inside but still enjoyed our stay. Would come back again!!!!

Very nice
This is a condo complex, with an attendant at the front desk, so don't expect a grand front lobby, food, or other amenities you may at a 4 star hotel, there were 2 vending machines on the 2nd floor. Beside that, the condo was beautiful, very spacious, well appointed and clean. The indoor pool was small, 3 feet deep, but my kids enjoyed it. The outdoor pools are not heated.

Questionable pricing practice
This was a great hotel, however, the price almost doubled on the second day. I didn't know the price was suppose to go up that much. I didn't feel the receptionist was as warm & friendly as she should be.

The Beach
We arrived ther on Friday evening and we recieved the wrong room. I never had the experience where i was giving the wrong room. But they fix it and we were on our way. The room was right down the block from the beach. It was a great location to the mall and returants. I would come back again.

family trip
had a few difficulties with the TV remote which was quickly remedied by the staff. quiet, great location; walked to restaurants and the beach but was quiet and comfortable.

Great for business and very family friendly
The Horizen 77 is extremely clean and quiet hotel. The personel were very pleasant as well. The rooms and bathrooms are large. I would surely recommend to family and friends. The only downside was locating the check in area. Currently, there isn't any indication to where guest would need to go check in.

HORIZON AT 77TH WAS THE BEST VAC.
THIS WAS THE BEST VACTION EVER. I DID NOT EXPECT MUCH FOR THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE CONDO. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE PLACE WHEN I ARRIVED. CLEAN,HUGE ROOMS, PERFECT VIEW, FRIENDLY STAFF I THOUGHT I WAS IN HEAVEN. MY FAMILY LOVED IT. WE DID NOT WANT TO COME HOME. DOING IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR. JERRY HUX
