Couple Vacation
Great Location, about a mile away from all of the stores on the boardwalk and right across from the beach. Only problem we had was that it was "bike week", so all night we heard motorcycles driving around which was loud. But, the hotel it's self was a great value for the money! All the hotel staff were very friendly and our room was very clean!

Great for a cheap getaway
We had everyting we needed for our girls trip. The pool was awesome and rooms were ok. Most of the staff was really nice but the floor in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

private retreat
Not enough parking in the front. Room had a funny smell for it to be a non-smoking room. TV not working right. Twice had to have it reset. Had requested a smoking room when reservations were made but did not get it. Head housekeeping supervisor was very polite.

Was Very dissapointed
To begin with it was not the location we requested.We requested a beach front hotel with the room on the beach front.It turned out to be a block away from the beach.We were very dissapointed.When we got to the room ,my husband and I went into our room and when we started to come out the door would not open.If it had not been for our son-in-law we wouldn't have gotten out of the room.It never did get fixed the whole time we were there.

The only thing this hotel had going for it was the housekeeping staff.
The hotel has not been upgraded since world war 2. The housekeeping staff did everything they could with what they had to work with. All the fixtures were old and barely functional. The bed was worse than sleeping on the ground. The carpet was so old and worn it was raveling all over. I have bought better towels at the dollar store to use on my dog. If this is the best orbits can do, I will not be tempted to use them again. If I could have afforded losing the money I had already spent on this poor excuse for a days inn, I would have looked for another place!!!!!!

the hotel is old but clean and the staff was great. check in was smooth. everything was great. had no problem with any thing just a all around good stay. will stay again in the future.

If it wasnt for Irene this would be a perfect hotel to get to the beach and close enough to shops and amusement park that the regularity of the room makes it worth the price

sister bond moment
the hotel was good it was around the beach and i was able to enjoy the water with my sister,the pool was clean and the staff was nice,they asked me if i need anything,and yes it was a walk up,i did not mine.
