With all the pools and hot tubs advertized, one would think that ONE would be inside cause it was winter! Of the 2 hot tubs open, neither were warm enought to justify freezing to enjoy. BUT the view from the 10th floor balcony for the morning sunrises was spectacular. Small things were problems.....like a broken deck chair. To give the staff credit ,it wouldn't have been noticed until someone actually sat in it. If the previous visitor didn't tell them, can't blame them. They replaced it quickly. The no butter knives, no cutlery and the insulation around the door (like NONE whatsoever) making the time getting coffee in the am uncomfortable,well, those issues were discussed with the staff and I have faith it will be reconcilled. I would return. The pluses outweigh the negitives. The staff were WONDERFUL. Kudos to them.

This hotel is very nice great view of the ocean! I will stay here again !! Just wish it was warmer weather !!!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. However, several pools and hot tubs were closed. They were both indoor and outdoor versions, this was a big disappointment to the family. Also, other guests were unpleasantly surprised as well. Overall, not a bad trip but not quite as good as expected for this place.

We arrived February 17 - 19, 2012 in the evening. Check in was fast and smooth going. My room was in tower 3 on the six floor. When we entered the room it was not what we asked 4. We requested a room with a King size bed 4 the same price. That was not the case 2 queen bed with a fold out bed was too much for just us two. The water stood in the tube while we showered, it took like ten minutes or more for the water to go down the drain. The room also had a smell to it as well,I guess because of the pigeons on the balcony. It only had 1 flat screen in the bed room that would hook up to the DVD player. Housekeeping did a half job on cleaning the room she or he did not vacuum the room. If I must say I have learned if there is not a lot of pictures on there site I will pass it up from now on. I will take my money to a place where I will feel comfortable and can relax. Value is not always the way to go. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO STAY HERE!!!

Oceanfront, clean, just really great. The place is showing a little age, like the insulated glass of the balcony door/windows has lost its seal and there is condensation clouding the view.

The bathroom and beds were clean but the room was in need of repairs. The finish was coming off the cabinets in the kitchenette and the carpet was damp. It appeared the carpet may have been cleaned and not allowed to dry. You had to wear your shoes in the room because you got black on your feet from the wetness in the carpet. We were there 3 nights and our trash was not emptied until our last night. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper on the second day. I think the hotel may be in the process of doing some remodeling for the Summer season. I hope this is the case because I have always liked this hotel in the past.
