An ordinary, dated place
Location is ok. Rooms are very dated and smell old. The place needs an update badly.

Not be returning
Check-in was unacceptably slow (20 min with no one else in line). The hotel is in need of repair, many signs of aging and lack of maintenance. I would advise against staying there.

Nice family hotel
The room was nicely appointed. I appreciated the full size refrigerator, range, and microwave. I was able to stock up on a few items from Walmart, including ice cream. There was plenty of free parking which I appreciated. The front desk staff was nice. Nothing to write home about, but no complaints. Now my complaint. My second day I was leaving my room, and I ran into two housekeepers right outside. They asked if I needed towels. I said "no.", and they said I should just initial that I dint want any which I did. Turns out, I was initialling that I wanted no service whatsoever. When I returned to the room later in the afternoon, it was untouched. I immdeiately called the front desk suspecting something was amiss. It was then that it was explained I was indicating I wanted no service whatsoever. She said she would talk to them and let them know they should make that clear. I was a little turned off by that, as it seemed they intenionally misled me out of pure laziness. The housekeeping was ok. The second day they didnt vacuum as I saw a piece of paper on the floor that was there when I left. The 3rd day, they did indeed vacuum however. The pools were very clean, clean lobby. I must say I went to the breakfast buffet and left as it di not look very appetizing. And also, the gym is miniscule with no free weights. You also need a key to enter. You get it from the general store which doesn't open until 8 am. I like to workout at the crack of dawn so that was a bit of a turnoff as well. But overall the hotel was a nice experience. I wouldn't mind going back.

Amazing vacation for my daughter and I
My 4 yr old daughter and I went on a "girlcation" for 8 days to coral beach resort and we had a blast...she enjoyed herself..this place his definitely kid friendly..I would definitely return. Family kingdom amusement park and several restaurants are in walking distance..my only complaint is that this hotel doesnt have a 24/ hr diner ..their grill closes at 11 and has a very limited variety of food also it was pretty pricey and the elevators dont have AC... other than that...we loved our stay here. I was skeptical about staying here ue to all the ROACH comments i saw but i must say ..i did not have that experience.

Horrible
I have visited this hotel for the past 4 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was horrible and rude. The staff pestering us and always watching us as if we were going to doing something wrong. They lied to me on two occasions and accused us of things that didn't happen. It was so bad that we left checked out 3 days early to find another hotel. I do not recommend them at all.

Okay stay
I was disappointed in the stay here. If it wasn't for some of the ammenties such as the bowling, Starbuck and the pool area I wouldn't even consider. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The room wasnt cleaned to my standards, they need Ac in the elevator. This hotel is overpriced and not worth the price you pay.

Spring break
I traveled with two 17 yr olds and a 14 yr old. Everyone loved the live music daily especially the kareoke at night. Coral beach is perfect location to everything. It also has everything you need at the hotel. Nothing like a latte in the morning beachside.i would however bring your own beach towel.

Best part was, that I reserved a room w/ an oceanfront view. One of the cleaning women, Celeste was very very pleasant; however, when we arrived, the girl (did not get her name) at the front desk was not very pleasant. She was courteous, but it did not seem genuine. -- Did not appreciate the fact that Orbitz stated, that there was a shuttle to the hotel, only to find out on the day prior to my leaving on my vacation, (because I verified w/ hotel) did I find out, there was no shuttle bus. -- Other than that, the hotel was pretty good.
