Questionable Housekeeping Service
Overall experience was wonderful; however, we did not get housekeeping service until 4pm Saturday afternoon. At that point, I was just out of the shower and not ready for housekeeping to come into the room. When I asked for clean towels, I was told that we could only have 3 towels, even though there were 4 of us in the room (me, my husband & our 2 teenage daughters). Otherwise, our stay was great. Loved the complimentary coffee.

Myrtle vacation
Everything was exceptionally good except there were a few maintenance activities happening. Staff was available within short notice. But there was 1-2 maintenance issues every day of stay which was annoying. AC/Heater settings was not proper, either it went too cold or too hot...some issues with thermostat, I guess

Very good..value for money
Excellent locality and amneties, very clean and nice ambience it was perfect vacation place for our family. Kids enjoyed... Swimming pool could have been a bit bigger, there are 2 pools (1 out door) , 1 lazy river and 1 jacquzie. pool water needs frequent replacement/treatment for the crowd. Suits needed frequent maintenance on AC and washer/dryer. Staff were available anytime and very courteous. But my expectation was that these should have been fixed bunder periodic maintenance before we occupied the place.

Our room was older but clean. Beds were made up nicely on the first day but very sloppy on the second day. Beds were queen size and comfortable. We had plenty of clean towels and the little kitchen with coffee pot microwave and small fridge were very convenient. We did have an emergency and the staff was especially attentive and heplful. Also very curtious and professional. The only other issue was there were bugs in the pool and we felt should have been vacuumed. We opted not to use the pool due to the bugs floating in them.

It was a great week and the weather nice. the hotel staff did a great job. Clean and over looking the water the best. Will book again next year.

Other than the parking garage being located a block from the hotel, I didn't have any problems with the hotel, staff or ammenities. I don't really blame the hotel for the parking, knowing how space is at a premium, but maybe look into that $8 a night valet charge. Rates were unbelievable, will need to check back during peak season. Enjoyed my stay!

A wonderful Hotel to stay at the beach
This hotel is really worth the money and it is convienently located to many of the great shops and entertainment places right of 21st Avenue.
