Hotel is nice but is still under construction. It will be very nice once completed. Great Bar Prices!

The room was terrific and the llocation was right on the beach! Parking for the hotel was accross the street and we weren't given very good directions on how to find it. The staff overall can be much friendlier! Staff can be heard in the hallways complaining about other guests and saying rude comments about them. Definitely not a place to expect anyone to go out of their way to help the customer experience. With so many choices I will stay somewhere else the nect time I vacation here.

Modern looking building + rooms. Very clean, neat and tidy. Quiet inside. Staff very friendly and helpful. VERY comfortable bedding. For the price, room was surprisingly stuffed with amenities such as full kitchen, fridge, microwave etc. DEFINITELY will be staying again! ...oh, and it's RIGHT in the middle of Myrtle Beach, on Ocean blvd. which was great for us anyways. Virtually no travel time to shops and such.

My experience at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel was off the beach, it had a lazy pool, 2 other small size pools, and a hot tube. The rooms were updated, which made this hotel very comfortable. While I was there, I enjoyed the hot tub, the quick access to the beach, and the drinks offered at the hotel. The only thing that could have made my stay enjoyable, is complimentary breakfast and onsite parking. Really their is no comparison because this hotel was affordable, nice on the outside and inside. Usually if the hotel is affordable it looks terrible and old in the inside. Nice!!

exactly what i expected.. nothing extraordinary for an ordinary price

I'm writing this review from the perspective of someone who took in everything into consideration when I reserved this room. The top of my list was Budget, Cleanliness,Location. I will start my review on the things that I liked most about the hotel.. The location was great- although my room was a side view (which meant stepping off the balcony to see the wall of the hotel next door) the hotel all together was right on the beach... When I stepped off the pool deck- there was sand. That was very important to me. The beach was nice,close, and clean. The room was although small- had everything. The bathroom was clean, the kitchenette was clean, the room was cute and quaint. Perhaps Im a stickler for details but I notice small things- the sheets were wrinkled and although they appeared clean I was concerned that perhaps housekeeping was taking "short cuts" and just remaking the bed after different stays. Some of the pictures did not look like what is pictured on the website. Lastly what they DON'T SHOW YOU- is what a flipping NIGHTMARE their parking is. The picture shows a beautiful building which it was- but it doesn't show the ground which there is an underground garage going under the "resort" it has about for spaces- it was VERY TIGHT parking ( don't attempt to take truck or minivan down there ) . If its busy you'll have to park "across the street". Which I did not like. That alone made my husband not want to stay there after this trip. The lobby looks very nice on the website pictures but it looked shabby in person- some curtains were hung unprofessionally and very tackily over the bar and were used to hide garbage or junk. Down in the parking garage that you have to walk through the access the beach/pool there was piles of junk,furniture,counter tops, couches and other garbage piled in the few parking spaces they had which just looked bad. The hotel employees were OK, nothing to "Wow" you with though. I was given a long long list of rules by them to follow during our stay which was a little ridiculous stating all the reasons you might be "nickel and dimed" for if you don't follow them. But for what I paid for the room I would stay again at THAT price but I would pay more to stay there because I believe there are better places that are a little cleaner with better parking.

Pros - Near most attraction amd room clean. Cons- 1.Parking is not on site..didint feel comfortable with parking my car on another street in a unsecured parking lot.2. Hotel under alot of construction, misleading info of a resturant on 1st floor..staff stated its under construction. 3 exercise room is small. I wouldnt stay there anymore.

The staff was friendly and right on point! good acess to beach.

We had a blast. You can see the ocean from all the rooms from the balcony. Hotel has lazy river, hot tub and pool as well as on the ocean. Full kitchen in each room for money saving and convenience. Staff friendly. Hotel in good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Would stay there again : )

I was very disappointed. When I arrived, there were makeshift curtains throughout the lobby. The project is not complete. I was sold a room that was supposed to be oceanfront, but it was in reality a view of another hotel that is under construction. The rooms do not have central heating and air. It had a window ac unit.
