Awsome stay
Great location. Awsome park right down the street at Mt. Pleasant water front. The staff was awsome! The moment I walked in I felt welcome. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Great deal and awsome experience. The location was close to all but away enough to be enjoyed

Quick Getaway
The moment I walked in to the lobby I was greeted warmly by the staff. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was as expected. It was clean and the layout was great. I especially liked how quiet the room was at night. There was no humming or beeping in the room or foot traffic in the hall to disrupt sleepers. I would definitely check them out for a stay again.

Short walk from hotel
The USS Yorktown is just down the street. The Cooper River bridge is also within walking distance. Both are worth some exploration!

Good low key stay
For having to stay 2 weeks by myself, I found this hotel to be clean, low key, safe, and quiet. I was not put near the elevator or ice machine, which would have been annoying for 2 weeks. The back patio and pond equipped with many turtles was peaceful. They serviced my room when they said they would, and breakfast was put out earlier than published. It was a great location by the bridge, so I walked it often. Near Whole Foods and Starbucks. My only complaint was that cold water was scarce, but it was better than having hot water problems.

OK but not great for the money spent
First of all, we requested a non-smoking room since my mother is allergic to cigarette smoke. When we arrived we discovered right away it was not non-smoking due to the choking stale smell throughout the two-bedroom suite. [...] The room was overall fairly clean otherwise. They did put in an air purifier for a while during our dinner the first night and brought in a new comforter, but my mother became sick anyway by the end of our trip. I don't understand the fact that they only clean the room, weekly, either. The last night we were there, there were large clumps of what looked like someone's hair weave in the hallway floor in front of our room. Definitely would not stay there again. The female desk clerks were very nice. The male(didn't get his name) was somewhat rude. Other than the room, Charleston and Mount Pleasant was great. Go to RB's at Shem Creek for great seafood and to watch the dolphins play in the water.

Nice for the price
The hotel was nice the room we where in was very small. But it was what we booked non-smoking queen with a kitchenett. It was clean although the desk clerk said they clean the rooms every three days of your visit and if you need towel then come to the front desk which for us was really no big deal. The hotel is just a short hop accross the Big Bridge to old down town.

This was our first trip to Charleston, SC very nice town for those that have not been. It is not a "Party Town" there are a few bars and pubs. If you go and like history check out Patriots Point, and do a Carriage tour. Resturants are 30ish dollars a meal for 2. Check out Hymans Resturant food is really good service is great, The Crab House on the rooftop is cool and the staff is nice there as well. The Queen Anne's Revenge is a tourist trap! Food was good but not great, service was very very much to be desired and the price was not so great! Then museum part was cool but thats about it...

Great room arrangement
Loved the 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and kitchenette. Great for 2 adults traveling. Was a good home base for watching tennis tournament and going into Charleston to dine. Lacked a little in the housekeeping area. Coffeemaker in room is very small.
