Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MT PLEASANT-CHARLESTON

We were very pleased with the hotel and it's staff. No hang ups in checking in or checking out. After touring all day we didn't feel like eating out so we asked what pizza place was good and delivered to the hotel. We took their advice and was not disappointed with our order. We couldn't eat it all!! We found that it was very convenient to all the tours on Patriots Point. We would stay there again if we ever get the chance to go back. The only thing I didn't care for was the air blowing from the heating/air unit . It seemed to blow on you in bed when it was on. But, we were only in the room to sleep actually so we just put the blankets over us.

The hotel was centrally located for Downtown Charleston visits as well as visits to several of the tourist spots. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the experience was made by the staff which was very helpful and friendly. They suggested things to do and see and were more than happy to give directions.

Personnel went the extra mile to make sure that we had a pleasant experience....

You always now what you are going to get when you go to Holiday Inn Express. The morning breakfast had everything you could have wanted. We also arrived early and they had no problem in checking us in early.

Room, staff and everything was amazing. Location is perfect for price, and 3 miles away from downtown, shem creek and but a 10 mile drive to IOP.

We had a very pleasant time, enjoyed the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. They had almost every amenity that you would want/need, the staff is very accommodating and the location was awesome-minutes to everything. Our room was nice and clean, we would have given the hotel 5 stars except they did not provide any luggage racks for their guest which we always expect when we travel. Especially with bed bug issues out here today this is a must. The beds are not as comfy as home but they provide you with a nice selection of pillows to choose for your comfort. They provide you with a lot of amenities for the value. We will stay here again when we travel to Mt. Pleasant SC to visit my family from CA.

The room was very well kept, clean and well stocked with toiletries. I forgot my toothbrush & was given 1 for free at front desk without question. All employees are eager to assist at anytime. I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely come back for another stay while in charleston. Close to all highways & shopping. Thank you.

We were put on the ground floor which had alot of traffice. Lots of coming and going. It was hard to sleep. I'm sure if the ground florr was given to Orbitz guest but will not be on the first floor again. It still was a great trip. Thanks for asking.

Very pleasent staff. Clean rooms efficent service breakfast for the cost(free Very good location away from the hectic traffis. Service very good and room was always clean.

Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was responsive. Only problem was that the AC was difficult to control and required frequent adjustment. Breakfast was good even though it was the same each day. The hotel provided close access to the highway so getting to Charleston or to the plantations was not difficult. The only difficulty with the road was all the construction and you can't blame that on the hotel. We made use of the fitness area and the business center. The hotel had everything we needed to make out trip complete and enjoyable.
