Comfort Suites at Isle of Palms Connector

Visit to Charleston was for visiting family in the hospital. GPS gets you close, but the Hotel is hidden behind other buildings and it almost impossible to see the Hotel sign at night. The sofa bed was not much use for a bed as springs were missing and the mattress caved in with a small woman. Carpets need replacing. Breakfast was good and other bedding was fine. Other Comfort Inns are usually more updated.

Great deal for the money! I slept very well and the breakfast was good. The staff was polite and helpful. Very convenient location- just a short easy ride to the beach. Be prepared for a few glitches in operating your GPS.It may be the newness of the city or the way the roads are set up, but it had nothing to do with the motel. I certainly would stay at this motel again!

This place was so wonderful! The room was very big for the price and only 2 miles from the beach. It was in walking distance of several shops and resturants. And the staff ere the nicest people I have ever dealt with on vacation. We will stay there again the next time we go to IOP.

Not a great experience. We showed up to not have the correct reservation and then the room that we were put in we had to get a rollaway bed. We were not happy. The room it self needed updating and new wallpaper or paint.

We visited with family we had not seen in several years and got to see how the area we were raised in had grown. Wow! Things change quickly!

Our stay at the Comfort Suites at the Isle Of Palms Connector was nothing short of an A+!!! From the time we got there to the time we left, the staff were extremely friendly, even giving us ideas on attractions. The room was very comfortable and always kept clean. The free breakfast was delicious and lots of variety as well, not just the standard toast and muffins you get at other hotels. There were many attractions, shopping opportunities and eating establishments nearby, literally within walking distance. As a whole I have to give this hotel more than 5 stars. Everything was more than excellent!! Thank you much!!

We had a wedding to go to on Isle of Palms on Sunday. We decided to stay the weekend for a last summer vacation during Labor Day Weekend. The room was very big and breakfast was good and plentiful with alot of options. The pool was small, but refreshing and relaxing with no crowds. We enjoyed our stay very much and will make this our Labor Day vacation each year.

Stayed there once before-no problems. This time, room wasn't ready, no tissues in the bathroom, breakfast was late and coffee was terrible. Disappointed, next time will probably stay elsewhere. No receipt was given at checkout-we like to keep all receipts from expenditures on credit cards

Hotel's address does not show on GPS, however, location is great. Complimentaries / Amenities were great however, the showerhead was broken and we nearly flooded the bathroom. The decor and bedding were very appealing, however, the inside of microwave was dirty with food from the last visitor. Overall, the stay was a pleasurable experence with the quiet envornment. The pool was always empty, it seemed like a private resort!
