Great location
A very nice experience. One suggestion: Best Western really needs to change their bedspreads. I know they are going for a western look, but the color really makes a very nice room appear drab.

Was a great hotel!! The only problem was our room was near the front lobby and we could hear people coming in throughout the evening. Better to have a room away from the lobby next time.

Great location, needs renovation
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback to our stay was the hotel was in dire need of a renovation.

Patriots Point
The central location was key for us. We were there for a family reunion/wedding and had folks staying at the Island of the Palms. We were near to them and very close to the areas of Charleston that we wanted to visit. The computer in the lobby was tricky but once one of the guest showed us to right click instead of left click that was better, but I thought the front desk should have been aware of that glitch and more helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and the service was very good. The pool looked lovely, but we were too busy to take advantage of it. We could not have had a more suitable location...very easy to get every where!

Plan to spend a LONG time on the Yorktown, it is well worth it and tour the sub first.

A great place to lay your head.
We were in town for a wedding. Great price for the location and room. The room was very small, but managable for a couple looking to save money. Would not recommend this for a large family vacation, but great for individuals or couples.

Friendly & convenient
Everyone was very nice and friendly from the receptionist when we checked in, to the lady working with the continental breakfast, to a maintenance man, to a maid on our floor. Even though it was only for one night, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was so convenient in going back & forth over the bridge to Charleston.

Very Comfortable and Convenient
The hotel staff at the Best Western Patriots Point were very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable with a living room area with desk, bedroom area, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave, and a nice bathroom. The shower had lots of hot water. The location was very close to main roads and to Charleston.
