worked for our mini honeymoon!
Very nice hotel, we wanted a quiet hotel( this a mini honeymoon) and we got it...there were a lot a kids running around the lobby but at no point this became an issue...Rooms were clean & the bed fluffy...very close to the beach, short walk through the hotel park, passing by the pool...the beach was awsome! Recommend

The Perfect Family Getaway
My daughter and I went down for my son's graduation from the Marine Corps. Her and I arrived early at the hotel, but the staff was able to accomodate us with a room immediately. We weren't pleased with the room because it was on the ground floor, so the staff placed us immediately in a room on the fourth floor. What a view we had from the balcony. We received so much help from the staff on directions to Parris Island. The food we ordered for room service was just about the best I've personally had in quite a while. We had a ball swimming in the ocean, as well as, swimming in the beautiful pool in the evening.

A staff member at the Crowne Royal Plaza Hotel recommended that we dine at a beautiful restaurant, called the Waterfront, located at the very tip of Hilton Head. The crabcakes were to die for! And what a view!

Great Hotel
Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was very pleasant. I am looking forward to returning again. The service was wonderful and the food was great. Our rooms were nice and clean.

great location
The best part about this facility is its location. Easy access to the beach as well as proxcimity to other resorts and activity centers. The biggest down side is teh cost of food and drinks. One poolside drink with tax and tip $10.84

excellent beach
All amenities which I marked as very satisfied means nothing for me. I traveled for swimming in the ocean and sitting on the beach under the sun and breathing beautiful air. The beach is perfect. Clean, bottom - hard sand, water is murky but acceptable, tide makes it a paradise for kids. The only little problem you need to pay $24 for chairs and umbrella which closed at 5 p.m.- it is ridiculous. So we had to go to Wal-Mart to buy chairs and umbrella. Room is very good although not 4 stars, bedding is super, just super. Restaurants could be better but there are a lot of them around. The best was quiet environment, we went to sleep at 10-10:30, and never any noise bothered us. Staff is very friendly. $12.50 additional charges per day are ridiculous.

very nice
The hotel was very comfortable with a great location to the beach and shopping and dining. I wish our hotel room would have been cooler at night(seems the thermostat was set a fixed temperature after 12:00A>M>

Great relaxation
Super comcfort, great staff and facilities a restful five days. Highly recommend. Would go back in a minute with entire family. Beach, golf and great food are astones throw away.
