At first traffic light, turn left on Arrow Road. Go 0.4 miles to 61 Arrow Road on left. Suite A is in back building on far left. Villas are located at various properties on Hilton Head. Office Hours: Monday-Saturday 10 am - 5 pm and Sunday 11 am - 3 pm. If arriving late, call office for check-in instuctions.

Highs: Great location, (two thumbs up) just few steps to the beach and short walk to the restaurants and shooping centers. Wonerful pool ( I realy enjoyed that pool...Good size living room and bedrooms with T.V....Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Everything was what I expected. Downs: " FURNITURE" was shabby and old?!

good for the price
Location is awesome. First room needed to be cleaned properly. Air filter needed to be changed. Just needed some tlc. We asked to be moved to another room and they gladly did. Second room was a big improvement. Very Nice. Had an awesome vacation.

Hilton Head Oceanfront Villas
Nice location, gated property. Basically right on the ocean, beautiful dunes. Ability to rent chairs and umbrella a huge plus. The beach was lovely, perfect at low tide. The villa was priced for what you get. It was comfortable and clean, spacious. Very outdated, maybe 30 years or more. In need of serious remodeling. One of our younger guests had no idea that the dryer was a dryer it was so old. Didn't work that great either, used alot of energy to dry clothes. Minimal kitchen supplies but you make do. Plenty of flatware, that's always a plus.

Not Good
We were most unhappy with this property. The size was extremely small, the bedroom only had enough room for a regular bed or small queen ( minute) The sofa was dirty, the curtains were hanging off the wall. There was no indoor pool or external for that matter, and no exercise room. We however called to complain and we were given a very nice condo in another location. It was much larger with an extra bedroom and bath which we did not use. The location was better and secure. It had a heated pool but it wasn't operable until later in March, a hot tub (which we loved), no exercise room that we saw. They did offer to get us into a facility that had an indoor pool and exercise room if we needed it, but we were happy with the second accomidation. We felt the first property was greatly misrepresented, but were grateful the situation was rectified with the second property.

First trip to Hilton head. Hotel was what we expected and the view was great. Very short walk to the beach. Would return again.

Upgraded room said the man
When we checked in, the man behind the counter said he upgraded us from a one-bedroom to a two bedroom. okay we said, it sounded good. We were on the first floor and couldn't see much of the ocean. The place was very dated. appliances were ancient and we had to struggle to open the screen doors, which were broken. there wasn't a hairdryer. The layers of dust in the utility closet was scary and the dirt on top of the shelves above the washing machine indicated the place wasn't well kept, not to mention signs of mold forming on the ceiling above the master bathroom shower. I wouldn't recommend this place to family or friends, and I wouldn't stay there again.

hot on hilton head island
We were confused at first and called to find out where we needed to check in, but then were able to just grab our keys and go to the room. The room itself was on the first floor, which we didn't want at first. We were actually pleased to be there because it had easy beach and pool access and had 2 bedrooms and stocked kitchen. It was a little old but clean and had a nice flat-screen TV. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms so we could spread out our things and were able to shower and get ready to go out at the same time. The beach was wide, clean and not too crowded in spite of the number of units We recommend the Island Bistro, especially for brunch, and New York Pizza, both within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised that the food prices weren't as high as we'd thought. The drive from Woodstock, Ga was 5 hours so we'd go again, to that condo, too. Thanks, Ted and Lydia

Loved the view
wonderful place to stay, right on the beach. Saw dolphins swim by from our balcony twice a day...found two live sand dollars - left on the beach.[...]didn't see the staff at the condo, so can't comment on how helpful, but the rental staff were very helpful

Short drive from hotel
take the comerical route (278) to find the shopping/resturants....it's a long route, but the shorter route collects 1.25 toll each time you cross the bridge.

Great Stay
We were there in Sept. 2010 and had a great stay. Very roomy condo, right on the beach. Had to call real estate office to send a plumber due to a stopped up toilet but they fixed it the same day. If we could have found the plunger we could have done it ourselves.
