I have travel all over the US. The rooms had a smell of meldew.The first room had dog hair all over the Chair. For the second room we bought frebreeze to reduce the smell. You could hear the people on the floor above walking, the room beside us you could hear someone snorging. The gap in the door allow you to hear people talking on the walk way. So you tell me what you thing. O yea, the breakfeast had waffle, beagle, ceral, yogurt, and old fruit that when you took a bite of the apple it was rotten on the inside.

Not very good
The staff were very courteous and the hotel was in a good location. Other than that there is nothing good about the hotel. The rooms were very unclean and had a bad smell. if anyone has pet allergies, they should definitely avoid this hotel.

A nice quiet get away...
We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and all the quaint shops. Would recommend to anyone traveling.

Short drive from hotel
You have to plan where you're going to eat prior to leaving the hotel...It was hard to read signs while driving. The landscaping in Hilton Head is so lush that majority of the building/signs are hidden. Just beautiful landscaping.

Unbeatable location for the price
We booked the hotel because we wanted to bring our dogs with us on our vacation, to our surprise the room did not smell like a pet friendly hotel, bathroom was small, breakfast was ok, did not have everything as it advertised on the website, but the staff was pretty friendly, location was good, and it's just a few minutes walk to the coligy plaza and the beach. The smiling faces on our dog running on the beach as the sun rises over the horizon was simply priceless.

CHEAPTICKETS FORGOT 2 BOOK
Cheaptickets forgot to book my reservations for my daughter's wedding and lied about having a suite. I will never travel with them again!!!

Decent Hotel, Excellent Customer
Very courteous staff and allowed us to check in about two hours early. Staff was very knowledgable about restaurants and activities in the area.

Bad smelling rooms
The hotel rooms were miserable. The blankets were torn and dirty. There was a horrible smell in the rooms, our friends had checked into this hotel. They said the same about the smell in their rooms.

Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We especially liked seafood served at the Crazy Crab restaurant which has a few branches on the island. The dolphin cruise was also worth it.
