Cheap
You get what you pay for. This is a motel style location and your stay depends on the neighbors staying next to you. Sound travels though this place for sure. The beds are comfy and this is definitely a place to stay if your looking for a cheap hotel for one night.

The exterior of the property was dirty. This is definitely not a 3 star property. All rooms opened to the outside and there were cigarette butts all around. I am a female traveling on business and to have numerous trucks with construction workers- many not speaking English staying around me did not give me a good feeling. The room was clean with the exception of the carpet. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The fellow who checked me in said that I had a smoking room and I had to convince him that I did not request a smoking room. He was not particularly friendly. The coffee maker in the room had the coffee packets, etc stuffed in the water container- I did not use it! Also, the towels were about the thinnest that I have seen in any hotel or motel. The location was good.

If you do not like to go to a restaurant and dine alone, go over to Whole Foods. The hot bar and salad bar are very good.

Good Budget Hotel for the area that allows pets
Pretty clean, quiet and safe area. Allows pets with no fees. Very close to significant amount of shopping, grocery stores, movie theater, and restaurants. Good location, our go-to hotel when traveling here with our dog.

Woodruff Rd.
Let's start with the area. There are plenty of places to eat on Woodruff Rd. Its a great location. I didn't care for the exterior of the place, but the bed made up for that. The place was very quiet even with people having dogs. Excellent place. The bed was so comfortable. I have never stayed in a hotel so cheap with such a comfortable bed. I almost missed check out. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, but I missed that (over slept). I would recommend a stay at this place any day.

There are places in walking distance from the hotel, but I would drive to go to a local place. I tried Mojo's. I loved it. My burger and onion rings were excellent. My girlfriend said her burger was too dry and didn't like it. The "Yelp" application was very helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. I even liked the colors of the room and the artwork on the walls were interesting. I was only there for a short time but it met my needs. The location was less than 15 minutes from BJU where I was attending an event.

A good night's sleep
I was incredibly and pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort of my room and bed. Everything was clean and well-kept. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful. The Mexican restaurant next door was outstanding. My congratulations to La Quinta. My visit from China for my daughter's wedding was truly a restful one, thanks to your excellent facility!!!

Good Hotel Stay
Clean room comfy beds great location. Close to downtown Greenville. Close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Not far at all from the Bi-Lo center. Would stay again.

Smelled smoky
The clerk at the front desk was very nice and helpful, but the facilities themselves are pretty dated. The room was classified as a "Non-smoking" room, but it really smelled like smoke - particularly the shower curtain which had absorbed the odor. Would not stay here again by choice.
