Reliable Clean Repeat
I was visiting on business and visited the Haywood Mall and downtown Greenville which is always lovely. Always stay at this hotel when I travel to Greenville and once again it was a great visit. Great location. Always clean. Staff is helpful. Great complimentary coffee station. Only thing missing for me was a Diet Coke. Only Pepsi products were sold in the lobby.

A good night's sleep.
I arrived tired and cold around 9pm after a meeting on a Wednesday night. The desk clerk was very courteous and checked me in rapidly. I have stayed at other Courtyard hotels in the past and so far this is the nicest and quietest one.

Fun filled weekend
Did not spend a lot of time in room. Went for weekend football game. Check in was good. Check out was speedy. Rooms were clean. Meal choice was breakfast only. Smoke free was great.

Perfect for location and facilities
The location and amenities were great. Shopped at the mall and ate at restaurant in vicinity. We went to the Model Railroaders meeting on Saturday, which was the reason for the trip and it was convenient. I would recommend them to anyone in that area.

the hotel had everything you would want. the included price for the breakfast buffet was well worth the money.

saved alot of money by not staying in downtown hotel.only drawback was limited parking for dining at downtown greenville resteraunts.

Most hidden hotel by a major chain award
Drove in from Tennessee on detour back roads without signs so got to the hotel at 1:30 am. Had to call twice to get directions. Approaching the hotel you can only see one small sign at street level. The hotel was behind a restaurant without any signage that emphasized the driveway. Even going down the driveway you're not sure the hotel is there. The turn off the driveway isn't even obvious.
