Ramada Florence Center Hotel

This was a modest stopover that was what I expected for the price. My only complaint was the continental breakfast. It was stocked with bread products and cereal. That was it, no fruit, juices, waffles.

pipe in bathroom made a loud banging sound thru out the night manager sent a man over at around 5 am and he said he fix it in the morning in he mean time I could not sleep half the night. I had just driven 600 miles and had to drive 500 more. Manger was of little help. Would no recommand hotel to anyone.

all as expected for a low cost overnite stay. The breakfast buffet was horrible, just stale bread choices.

Right off highway. Staff very friendly. Room very clean but very basic and could use an update. A place to sleep but nothing else.

Was in general a pleasing 1 night stay. A/C worked fine & this is our #1 requirement!!!! Room was clean & neat & bathroom was the same. There is a local Buffet resturant but it's not across the street but back towards the interstate. Negatives? Hotel has a buffet but for some reason (was told equipment problem) was not open. We ALWAYS have our own alarm clock but this time elected to use both ours & the automatic phone call. Yup, ours worked fine but no phone call. [...]All & all a good stay.

I believe the Ramada was a wonderful hotel at one time. However, it is a little run down now. It definitely needs some updating to compete with the various, newer hotels in the area.

it was clean, but not at all like most of the pictures on the website. there is no elevator, and it was old, but clean

The hotel is at a very good location--right off the highway, but if you end up getting a room on the highway side, the traffic noise goes on all night. The air-condition was old -- thus, very noisy with no temperature control. When we turned the AC on, it drowned out the highway noise, though. Pet friendly, but they charge $15 extra for every pet on top of what you paid for the hotel. The breakfast was just the usual, with the addition of peanut butter and honey. Overall, just an average hotel.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. Customer service to beat the band. The rooms were immaculate and the hotel is conveniently located.

It is adjacent to a very noisy Highway (U.S. 85) - especially noisy at night. Has very poor "signage" so that you can't see the hotel or its sign unless you are less than a block away and on the same side of the road. Any other location and it's invisible. Owner and staff were very hospitable. I originally booked for 4 nights, but after the first night wanted to shorten my stay by one day down to only three total nights. Was told no refund was possible of the amount that was pre-paid to [...]. that was disappointing.
