Staff was friendly and room service was accurate.

Perfect spot for our dog and the staff was very friendly . They were very helpful, but the pillows were terrible. The Hotel operator needs to step up to the plate and get real Hotel Quality Pillows.

the staff was very helpful when we had questions. it was located near the racetrack only ten minutes. i would stay there again.

The staff needs to be knowledgeable. we called about our dog staying in a room. A lady said you can let the clerk know on arrival. When we got there the clerk told us that when a pet stays that had to be told when you reserve the room. So he had to adjust our rooms away instead of together like we had asked (we had actually booked two rooms on the same floor). We stayed in different sections of the hotel.

Hotel staff were surprised at the rate from the consolidator and said they'd recently raised rates. (Good thing they weren't "passed on", or I'd have stayed elsewhere.) It's a well-used, but well-maintained facility, with upgrades in progress. Made the 'continental breakfast' a bit shaky, but otherwise good value for the price paid.

The picture does not show that this is a motel not a hotel in which I prefer hotels and did not find that out until I got there.

We booked a smoking room with 2 double beds. We were not notified that the hotel had gone non-smoking. We were asked to change to one king size bed. We could not park near the hotel room. There was construction going on. There were no hangars, floor had trash on it,one light did not work,drapes were coming off the rod, ice machine not working, TV remote did not work, no clock, no shower cap, frayed bath towels and paper thin hand towels. A very unsatisfactory experience.

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in.The room was very dirty,the sheets were dirty,the carpet was so disgusting, the lamp was falling off the wall,the metal clothes rack, that belongs in the closet was in the bathroom, on the floor.The lock on the entry door was falling off,It was a joining room, but we had no lock on our side, we had to put something in front of our door,to prevent the people in the next room from entering our room..I felt very unsafe!I would never stay at this hotel again,we paid 50 plus tax, the room we got,wasn't worth 10..We would have gone to another hotel, but we booked this hotel two weeks in advance,and had already been charged for the room.We were there for the race,and could not afford to go somewhere else.

Was just there for one night. The conditions of the bathroom was not all that...the towels were soiled prior to our use. I was not too fond of the hotel itself as it smelled moldly and just looked deplorable. The free breakdfast was served in a restaurant next door and the conditions of that restaurant was not great! Did not like breakfast, as it was pretty limited and did not like the conditions of the restaurant to begin with. Only the location was ideal...all else was not up to par.

When checking into the hotel the free breakfast wasn't offered but for one day of stay. We was put into the back of the hotel, told it wasn't any king size beds left. It was hardly any one else there staying, the ones that was there stayed there as permanant resident of the hotel. The door would not open, and maintance had to be called. After talking w/ another person at the hotel they stated the same thing happened to their door. Once I entered into the room, there was numerous things broken. The bath faucet was dripping, and was poorly fixed and didn't look clean etc. Not to include the run down furniture, torn up blankets, stained chairs, or no socket covers and holes in the whole. But the worse thing was a mouse was in the room. This was the worse hotel I have seen, granted it's not high dollar but at least it could be kept up w/ and you could at least be rodent free and have doors that operate correctly and sucure.
