not bad

Decided to take a last minute weekend trip to Myrtle Beach with the family. Everything was booked and too expensive found this hotel. Not a bad location or value. Would stay here again!

Wonderful place to get away. Great Staff

We were attending a family reunion. Our room was not ready when we arrived but we were provided with a place to freshen up so we would not be late for the event. The staff were very understanding and helpful. When we got our room it was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the children that were making a mess when we went to have the breakfast that was provided by the hotel.

"Wonderful Atmosphere"

While in the Myrtle Beach area, my family and I attended Myrtle Waves, Myrtle Beach, the Boardwalk, and other vacation spots. Also, visited shopping mall areas, in which, location of the property was really a convenience. The room was spacious and clean. The only concern, notice really dirty socks when walking across the room. (Carpet need cleaning.) The Lake near the hotel made the property soothing and relaxing. For the rate, overall, hotel was nice and staff friendly. We would consider staying at property again.

Good value for family

The hotel is clean and room is spacious with kitchen. The staff there is very friendly. About 15 minutes drive to the beach. Good value for family vacation if you do not mind stay off beach.

week-end get away

We were very close to alot of shopping. So much shopping so little time. We drove into South Myrtle Beach, for the day. The drive was just enough away , you didn't have all the beach drama. All in all it was a good-time

Nice out-of-the-way spot by the water

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Room was neat and well maintained. The only potential drawback is if you are planning on leaving while the beach crowd is headed out. Traffic can be tough.

Enjoyed It!!

Good deal

A recently remodeled old-style hotel. Very nice furnishings, very clean. Easy access to Coastal Carolina University. Excellent value.
