rm was ok, landscaping and setting could have been more appeaing, but what really ruined me ever staying at a Red Roof Inn again was the fact that they had no cribs on site for my 17mth old so he had to sleep in the same bed as the wife and I.

Dont stay here!

Booked a non smoking room with two beds. When arrived, the room smell was overpowering with cigarette smoke. Also, only one of the beds was made and the other one was only half made. Only stayed 30 minutes before we left and found a clean hotel. Front desk clerk was not helpful and had to wait about 15 minutes for them to come to the desk when we wanted to leave

Decent value for the price

This was a decent hotel for the price. The room was clean, the check-in/out process was efficient...really, we had no complaints. That being said, we have a presentiment that the hotel might age quickly...The thermostat was broken, but we were able to "fix" it. This is far from a a luxurious experience, but we thought it was a fair value for the price. One warning...there are railroad tracks adjacent to one of the two buildings, which might be a problem for light sleepers. Be sure to ask for a room in the back building. The location was fine, as well...easy access to two major highways and a smattering of restaurants.

A mall is within a short drive from the hotel (south on Two Notch Road.)
