Motel 6 Columbia West is located off Interstate 26 near South Carolina State Capital, Governors Mansion, Riverbank Zoo, so much more. Enjoy our outdoor pool open April - October, WiFi is also available in all guest rooms for $2.99 per 24 hours.

It's a place to stay with great service!

Pros: Extremely friendly staff, clean pool, amazing water pressure in the shower, great location, new mattress being put in, quiet Cons: carpet needed cleaning, there were dead bugs (which is good at the same time, b/c it means they had recently sprayed for them) on the bathroom floor, strange odor to the room (it wasn't horrible, just not normal). You have to pay $2.99 for wi-fi access I needed a cheap room to stay overnight for work and this hotel had it. The staff was super friendly, and helped me out with any issues I had. I was disappointed that they charge extra for wi-fi. Overall if you aren't easily bothered by dead bugs, or the likes, and need a place to stay, I would recommend it.
