Good Stay in Columbia SC
Columbia is not much except for a college town. This hotel is located close to galleries and small shops, historic sites, restaurants, and clubs...all within walking distance. The hotel is not fancy but was clean and nice rooms,and had friendly staff as well. Ruth's Chris restaurant in lobby is great food and service and less expensive if ordering small plates and appetizers or salads in bar. Parking is the only downside in public level parking lot that does have direct access to hotel but is not free, shared and very large. Valet parking was more costly.

Very good hotel
This is an excellent hotel in downtown Columbia. It is centrally located, near plenty of restaurants, with one of the best inside. Rooms are very clean and well apportioned. The staff was particularly helpful, and helped us to find everything we needed in the city. Well done to the front desk staff!

Great location to visit USC
We were there for orientation at USC. This is the 2nd time we were there. It is always enjoyable, a great location, very clean, nice employees and, of course, we love Ruth's Chris.

Thirsty Fellow on Gadsden about 10 minute walk. Great pub food, cold beer and $3 football shuttle right across the street where there is free parking.

Hilton Columbia Center Review
Overall it was a good stay, the staff could have been nicer. They seemed unmotivated almost bored to be there.
