Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
Right off the highway. Room was as expected. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the HDTV. No noise issues though AC louder than most though not an issue. Breakfast was sufficient. Would stay again.

Good value--Good Location
What you would expect from a Best Western. Staff was friendly, Room was clean and large and comfortable, nice flat screen TV that worked, Shower put out decent water pressure, breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but included hot waffles.

Last stop before home
We just returned from four days at the beach and stayed at this hotel to be closer to the airport. This hotel overall was very nice, clean, and in a good area. The only downfall was that my reservation was booked for a smoking room and when I arrived the gentleman at the front desk tried to disagree that I had booked a smoking room even though I had my reservation printed and in front of me. He also informed me that there were no smoking king rooms available. However, he did try and make up for it by putting us right next to the elevator & stairwell so we could easily access the side door for smoking purposes. So that was suffice. On my next trip here I definitely plan to stay here again.

Son's Graduation from Bootcamp
I left a note (several days) asking housekeeping to leave more creamers and only regular coffee. The request was ignored. Five of the seven days, the towel were simply hung over rod, no additional care given (fanning) to presentation. Inconsistant in replacing shampoo, conditioner, lotion or coffee cups. Beds were made but sheets not changed. Bathroom counter was not completed wiped down last few days of stay. Seems the longer we stayed the least amount of effort was given to taking care of our room, it should not matter how many days one stays the service should be consistent, we are paying for it.

I am not sure I would recommend this hotel although it t was close to Fort Jackson. The internet service was terrible and I needed access. Housekeeping was not consistent. We were put on a split smoking/nonsmoking floor, it was aweful. The smoke smell was strong and at times you could smell it in our room. Not good. Should not mix the floors.

Good Place To Stay
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the front desk was very helpful in directions to Ft. Jackson. Very nice personnel.

Good Value
Reasonably nice hotel. Friendly service. Probably would've given it 2.5 stars instead of 3, but I think it was a good value for the money. I would recommend it if you're looking for a reasonably priced, no-frills stay.

Soldier's BCT Graduation
Easy access from highway and price was great for a 2 night stay compared to other local hotels. Hotel was close to restaurants, fast food locations, and stores. Distance from Army Base Gate was perfect, very little traffic compared to other gates. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for BCT graduation, due to price and location. The staff are friendly and breakfast is free.

Buffalo Wild Wings is AWESOME!!! They have great wings and drinks, their prices are good. Nice place to hang out and catch up on sports.
