Nice.

Nice hotel. Beds were comfy. Shower was great. The only issue was one of the pillows had terrible stains on it.

doctors appt.

me and my family have been to this hotel many times. it has never been this bad before. the people were very nice but there room was a mess. my kids went to lay down and came to me and said thing where craling over over them. turns out thee was bed bugs inside this hotel. i will never come back if its the last hotel in columbia. if i could tell yu one thing never stay.

Hotel receptionist was very helpful

We attend Family day and Graduation of my daugther. If we only knew before hand that we could spent the weekends with my daugther we should have booked the air and hotel up to Sunday. And why we cannot upgrade the car to a 7 sitter van????and also it is very expensive to extend knowing this is military trip??

very old

The staff was friendly enough but this was a very old and a little bit scary place to stay. The room was a little better than the outside of the building and the beds were OK. The hair dryer was broken, the shower alternated between very cold and very hot. The soaps were nice. I got it because it was cheap, but I would not rate it 2 stars, more like 1 or 1 1/2.

Business trip

The room I asked for was no smoking, but every room I went into smelled like a ashtray. The bathtub, and the bathroom floor had hair from the previus patrons,the sink had no stopper in the drane,the towe l bar was hanging off the wall. For the price I did"t exspect a fancy hotel but I did exspect it to be clean and in working order. I will never stay in AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN again!

Reserved Queen beds only to have Full

It was very well located to Fort Jackson main gate exit. It was what we expected for the price but we reserved queen beds and were given full beds and were too tired from traveling to argue
