Comfortable and Clean
We are very discriminating and due to a basketball game in town, there were not a lot of options available. Fortunately, for us, we found the Hampton Inn Clemson and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and comfortable and less than 10 minutes from Clemson University. For the money, it was a bargain.

A great place to stay!
The staff here is so friendly - our front desk check-in and check-out was stellar - the housekeeping crew was very friendly as well as courteous - the breakfast lady, [...], was so helpful, polite, and friendly that we really felt at home

Very good
My experience was great. I got to the hotel late. The woman working the desk was very friendly and had everything ready for me to check in. My room was nice and it was clean and clearly had just been remodeled, including what looked to be a brand new bathroom. The only down side is that the hotel was near the railroad tracks. That was a little loud. But then again all the hotels in Clemson are within ear shot of the railroad tracks. The breakfast that was included with my room was nice. It even included a hot meal, which was much appreciated. All in all, It was a great trip.

Good Location
Great location, close to Clemson and plenty of dining options. Hotel appears to be old and is need of update. Extremely steep hill getting into and out of hotel. Many scrapes on hill due to cars hitting bottom. Bathroom needed paint and repairs.
