Excellent setting and luxury

This hotel is in an excellent location in order to enjoy historic Charleston. Very luxurious and smart and the dining is out of this world. The rooms were superb. Only thing that we could complain about was the pillows was to hard, the clock radio just did not want to be compliant for us to change the time, it was an hour ahead. My husband hated for us to order coffee to the room at an exorbitant price. We love to make our own coffee in the room and were surprised that we could not.

Great Girls Weekend

The only problems were the delays with the airlines. We lost a few hours of our vacation. Everything was above and beyond. Excellent service from being picked up at the airport,( service was recommended by the hotel). Charleston Place couldn't do enough to make my friend's birthday more special. They surprised us with a cake and champagne! Anything we needed they got for us. The beds were wonderful. Must do a Carriage ride. The market was fun and just across the street. The location could not of been better for everything. Never needed to take transportation to anything except airport. So much to do and never enough time.

Charleston is a charming city to spend a weekend in. The sites and scenery are terrific. The restaurants are top notch and the Charleston Place Hotel is in the center of it all. The Hotel is first class and staying on the Concierge Floors is a well worth the additional cost. All personnel are delightful and extremely helpful.

Excellent Hotel, Even Better Location

We stayed on the club floor level. Worth every penny when travelling with children. We have a 2yr old and 13yr old and we were very grateful for the food, beverages and place to hang out. The location is fantastic for Charleston, close to everything. Wish the room had flat screen tv. It is football playoff time. Other than that extremely happy with the stay.
