Not sure if it was the reservation mix-up, getting locked out of my room by the computer, the fabulous view of the police station parking lot, or the bathroom lights too dim to shave by (energy saving CFL bulbs) but I wouldn't recommend paying to
stay at this Marriott. Otherwise it wasn't bad.
I was in town to see a few concerts and I'll highlight the good and bad of my experience.
The Good- very pleasant staff and management( that's not always a norm these days). Good restaurant and bar in the hotel.
The Bad- the room had a musty
"wet carpet" feel and smell, Since there were no windows that opened(another downer since it was 65 degrees all day). I had a friend staying in a different room and the smell was similar.
