Good Value-Good Location
Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Proximity to downtown Charleston and surrounding venues was convenient for us. Pool looked inviting but we did not utilize. Staff courteous.

Decent Room for Price
Overall our stay was average. The low points were one of our "Non-Smoking" rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and the other room's sink was slow to drain. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and cooperative. The cleaning staff was a little noisy when starting their work day. If our stay was longer than one night, we probably would have requested new rooms.

Nice hotel for one or two nights
Very Friendly staff, specially the lady that was in the breakfastlounge. Room was clean and beds were allright. We drove up to Charleston, parked the car near the vistors centre in the public parking garage and took the trolley ride.

Great location, breakfast, and price
We visited several attractions both in downtown Charleston, around Johns Island, and other towns in the area. The location of the hotel was perfect to everywhere we traveled. The breakfast in the morning was the best of any hotel I've stayed at! The "hostess" I liked to call her at the breakfast nook made our waffles during the weekdays and everything was stocked and food/beverage temperature well kept. The rooms were pretty standard, but since there were 4 adults in our room, it was nice to have the double sink. Didn't get to use the pool since it was October, but I saw kids playing in it and it looks well kept! Staff was friendly and helpful with area attractions and suggestions...that's how we found out about the Angel Tree. Excellent experience!!

The Angel Tree is a well hidden secret...but such a beautiful place to visit. I recommend it!

First Time visit
Room was clean, smelled very clean. Housekeeping always kept the room up to standard and fully stocked. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Adequate and free parking. Pets allowed. Continental Breakfast went way beyond my expectations...it was plentiful and delicious. Nice area of town. About 5 minute drive to downtown. Room was very spacious.

Needed a vacation
Great Location
This hotel is in a great location with a very friendly staff. Very close to downtown and a lot of the activities that Charleston has to offer at a much lower rate. One concern my group had was the fact that parking can get pretty expensive but figuring how much less we paid for this hotel than what is offered downtown, the money we saved was more than enough to make up the difference. And its just across the street from Krispy Kreme. Which is awesome! :)

We went on the Lights, Camera, Charleston driving tour and it was an awesome tour of the city. The gentleman that owns it really knows his information and because you are in a car you get to cover a lot more area than a lot of the walking tours with the added bonus of being inside an air conditioned vehicle.

A Nice and Clean place to stay
Our visit to Charleston was to get medical care at the ART Hospital. The Hotel could have not been any better. Clean and close to the hospital. The Staff was super friendly.

Excellant hotel and service

Hyman's Seafood Resturant was a great recommendation and a 5 Star place. Best seafood that I have ever had. Wait staff were fast, funny and very helpful. Prices were very good. We will go back on our next trip.
