First Visit to a Sleep Inn
I was in town for a funeral. The staff at the hotel were nice, but seemed to always be preoccupied with something else no matter when I came in. No one was ever waiting at the desk. They were always standing off to the side or in the corner. Once I got their attention, they were willing to help. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, but the room was smoke-free. The room was big and spacious, but the bathroom was too small and I didn't like the sliding door at the bathroom entrance, it did not provide enough privacy for restroom usage.

nice get-a-way
Staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was very clean. will stay there again. It was graduation weekend for the new Marines and there where a lot of families, seemed the hotel when the extra mile to support them. Good to see that our armed forces are supported.

Too buggy for my taste
We found four palmetto bugs in our room. The management's attitude was very casual about bugs being in our room but we were not very happy to have these critters for company that looked way too much like cockroaches for our comfort.

Good for a night
We drove through to Beaufort as a place on our way back home from Disney. We did not expect much from the hotel due to the price, and for our purposes, it was sufficient, however, we found bugs on the ceiling (one hanging dead), our non-smoking room had rooms on the floor that were smoking, so the hallway smelt of smoke even though our room did not -- and breakfast was not replenished after 8:30 on July 4 weekend, even though breakfast was served until 9:30.

Last minute great call
Very friendly service, rooms were clean and everything was in working order. Breakfast was well staffed and stocked, no issues with parking or getting anything I needed.

Marine Graduation
We were there for a Marine graduation. The hotel were most helpful with trying to make our stay enjoyable. When we checked in there was a problem not expecting our pet. The clerk was most helpful to remidey this.

The eating was from fast food to sit down style all in a short walk or drive from the hotel. The Marine store was a short walk from where we were staying.
