Quality Inn At Town Center

I booked this hotel in hopes of comfort and great service. The employees acted as if they don't care. The room had a broken AC and the place had noises coming from every which angel. The parking is very poor as well. NO continental breakfast. There were 3 of us and the lady handed me a 1$ off coupon for fryed green tomatoes and said that she would give me 2 more but they are children and it isn't worth it. Never again will I stay here and I go to beaufort ALOT!

we had asked for non-smoking room and ended up with a smoking room so we burnt a candle-the doors handle kept coming off when you closed the door so we reported, it got fixed when we when out and we had returned the door was wide open - luckily nothing was taken we ended up with a few bugs in the room and informed the staff that you had to slam the doof and that might haff to be looked into- we enjoyed our sons graduation from marine boot camp

My kids and I stayed here to visit my husband (a DI at Parris Island) over the weekend. He told me to spend more $$$ to make sure we are more comfortable next time. Check-in and everything went ok. The room was nothing special. The comforters were stained and looked like they could use a good washing. The toilet clogged, and they were unable to provide any help till maintenance could come the following day. With kids, you can't not have a toilet overnight. They couldn't provide a plunger because they were all out in other rooms. We were moved to another room. That room was about the same. Except the toilet howled when flushed, and it freaked my kids out at night because other toilets in the building did the same thing at night. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well. One corner of the room also wreaked of urine. We were offered a refund/discount, but they couldn't provide one because the room was already paid for through this website. Overall, I don't think I would recommend a stay here. Pay a little bit more and stay somewhere with higher standards.

Good value. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. But the pool was green and it was over 100 degrees out during my stay. My biggest problem were the rude, disrespectful guests. I would recommend a different hotel if you plan on relaxing and enjoying your stay. There were a certain group of people who felt like they owned the place and were rude, loud, disrespectful and obnoxious. I would have definately picked a better class hotel had I known what type of folks would be staying in this hotel.

If we hadn't paid in advance, we would have moved to another hotel immediately. Leather chair ripped up, cobwebs in corners, carpet filthy and worn. The place needs serious updating. Our room was by the pool and the walls are paper thin. The TV was nice, the air worked and the bed was comfortable. The town of Beaufort is lovely.

We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good place to stay and in a great location.

I was very disappointed in my rooms. I booked this trip in August for our trip in December. I booked two room because of the size of my family, and exspected to have ajointing rooms. They put us in two separated room when an empty room was right beside our one room which would have allowed us to open the connecting door. This made everything more stressful in a stressful trip. The phone in our room had no cord so we could not call the desk. It was just not the trip I had planned
