Spring Cleaning
I found the bed to be uncomfortable and the room needing some care to make you feel relaxed. However, the location was great, for us it was a stop over between Savannah and Hilton Head. The Town of Beaufort was a beautiful place to visit.

The savannahs in the area are beautiful and the downtown area very quant.

Needs some TLC
For the price it is pretty much what I expected. The hotel needs some updating and work. The staff is not that friendly but they did bring us a coffee pot that should have been in the room to begin with. We were there for a Marine boot camp graduation so we were not in the room very much. It is in a good location to Parris Island.

It was okay nothing special
I felt like an outsider. The continental breakfast could of included other breakfast items, The service was good. Some of the people staying there were fighting and arguing during the night. I was not very pleased with not being able to make continental breakfast due to the schedule of the shuttle bus. other than that everything was okay at the hotel.

The people down south were very nice to us. That was one of the hi lights Our shuttle driver was such a nice person and shuttle driver.

No need to go here if you are concerned about cleanliness. Found to used wash cloths on tip of shower curtain, a glob of hair in bath tub, and stains on comforter.

needs renovation
shower was tepid no matter what time of day, plug has to be removed completely from tub for it to drain, exposed pipe running through room, ill fitting fixtures, 2 broken drawers in amoire/bureau, couldn't see tv well from desk, sliding glass doors lead to walkway- no where to sit outside- no chairs provided- what's the point? staff did the best with what they had to work with. would only stay here again in a pinch

28th Wedding anniversary
Within one hour of being in our room we saw a dolphin in water behind motel ! Room was beyond our expectations after reading reviews . It was clean and roomy ! Pool was very clean and inviting ! We will return to this motel very soon as we are emptynesters and come to Beaufort often !

Special weekend
sheets had stains on them and the staff was hesitant to replace them. There was no fire alarm and the smoke detector was missing. The door had a 2"-3" gap between the bottom of the door and floor. The view out the back was nice.
