Friendly

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very nice for being a "cold" complementary breakfast. They kept out the food for a long time so that you have more leeway in when you eat. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel towels were very small; "I'm not a big woman, but they barely fit around me. TV and other amenities were good and there was plenty of space.

Hotel Review for GuestHouse Inn, Aiken

It was horrible!!!!, I booked with orbitz over the phone, I asked the agent 3 times if the price included my dog, and he assured me it did, I was charged an extra $45.00 when I got there for pet fee. Orbitz did not help me, in fact they hung up on me. I was assured a pool, they pool was never open, no maid service, the hotel was in very bad shape, I don't really know what was going on there!!!!!, Weird. I don't think I will ever book with Orbitz again!!!!!!!!!!!

My review of GuestHouse Inn Aiken Extended Stay

This hotel is on the low end of any hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot! The rate I paid was so over the top for the hotel level even though it was close to Augusta and was Masters time. I would never stay there again.
