BEST WESTERN West Greenwich Inn

When I checked out, they gave me a receipt for how much cheap tickets paid for the room....interesting The rest was all fine except for the sofa in the room. I paid extra for this feature. The sofa was very dirty.

The hotel was very nice, great parking. The staff was friendly, rooms were spotless and well maintained. The only complaint I had would be that the bottom sheet for the king size bed was not tucked in and exposed the mattress (no cover) when turning in the bed. Great shower too!

Very Clean, nice pool, continental breakfast was actually a full hot make it yourself breakfast.

Right off Exit of 95 on a hill surrounded by tall trees. Everything we needed was there - comfortable king bed, sofa, microwave, fridge, pool, jacuzzi and all for a superlative price. For 4 nights we paid less than we would have in center of Newport for one night! The breakfast was minimum continental, but one can't complain.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Had to change our reservation from two nights to one night (due to a flight issue) and the manager did not hesitate to approve it, even though it meant a loss of income for his property. Asked for another packet of sugar and creamer (for the next morning's coffee) and the maid brought up real half and half and sugar for us from the coffee area. Although the breakfast was plentiful and nice, REAL scrambled eggs would have tasted a lot better! A note to the handicapped, there is no elevator in this two-story property, only stairs...so make sure you get a room on the bottom floor if you cannot use stairs. Room was very clean although the bedspread was stained on the underside (which we did not use, anyway.)

Hotel was under remodeling construction and it would have been nice to know that prior to booking it. The room we had was on the first floor with a dumpster right outside the window. When we requested another room we were told there were none. The front desk staff were for the most part less than friendly and beds which were advertised as pillow top consisted of not much more than a mattress pad. I probably wouldnt choose this hotel again.

Came up for URI graduation. Only a one night stay, but everything was wonderful. Friendly front desk, easy check-in, clean spacious room, nice continental breakfast, nice indoor pool with hot tub. Exercise room has only an elliptical and a treadmill, but both are fairly new. Great experience.

If you don't mind a 20 min drive south from PVD Airport, this hotel is a real find for your money. Half way between Providence and the beaches of RI, this hotel is a great deal for the money! I'll be back!!

I am in RI for my son OCS graduation at Newport. The hotel is in the middle between airport and the base. the drive from and to is only 20 min. to newport, 10 min. to the airport. I would recommend to a friend to stay with this hotel. Best western is deserve the 5 star to me.

This was a great place to come back from after a hard days outing and enjoy the comfort of the room. The room was very comfortable, the bed was a king and very clean through-out. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast which was just as good as going out for the same type of food. Just a complete variety of food to eat and very fresh. Hotel people very friendly and helpful in many ways. They knew where to go to get the best ice cream around! When we came in for the day, the room was refreshed throughout. A daily newspaper was at the door every morning. We decided to stay an extra night!
