Sheraton Providence Airport Hotel

I always book the Sheraton while traveling alone, making a point to arrive early to relax, say the night before , order room service , watch a movie... Even partake in a lite workout.

nice hotel, very clean! They struggle at doing the little things, no luggage carts available. No small fridge in the room. No complementary Internet, and no Complimentary Breakfast. Even small hotels throw this in for you. Sometimes the small things make a hotel that much better. I would not stay again.

I use the hotel weekly, I do business in Providence. I find it a little bit away from downtown, however, a great value. They have a free appetizer open to all guests every night. This is a nice place to stay. I was under reno for a while, not the case now! JB

The hotel is fine for overnight. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was fine, and the pool was nice. The walls are pretty thin and I could hear talking next door but they quieted down early, and it was quiet overnight. The beds are VERY comfortable. I heard a plane only twice,even though it is next to the airport. The rates are reasonable for a stop-over, but it is certainly not a destination hotel.

housekeepers did their job too late

We stayed here for 5 nights. Not one day did the same key work twice. Had to go to the front desk every time we needed to get back into room to get new keys. There were four of us in the room yet every day we had to ask for more than two towels. The first night we called to the dest to have the two towels delivered and even after an hour the towels had not been brought to the room - so had to go down myself at 10PM to get them. Ran out of tissues after the first night and had to ask for new tissues because house keeping did not replace. The staff was not friendly just complained that the hotel was busy and could not help. Won't ever go back and probably will not go back to another Sheraton.

My family was there to visit relatives and we couldn't have asked for a better location! We were moments away from the airport but never heard a plane! We were minutes away from restaurants, stores, and rental cars. We needed to return our car the night before our plane home and the hotel had no problem coming to get me at the rental office. The shuttle was ready before we were at the door in the morning and the driver was very friendly! All hotel staff we encountered was great and the kids had the pool all to themselves every night we were there. The only negative I have is that the pool was a tad chilly and one of our lamps was broken when we arrived. Other than that, I will absolutely be using Sheraton next time I am traveling!

Very nice hotel. Close to airport. Very convenient.
