We enjoyed our stay even though it was cut short by two days due to family connections. We had difficulty finding the hotel, ... but when there the folks were the most pleasant and considerate of any place we had stayed. Very accommodating.

Friendly, prompt check-in. Only one surly staff person-at breakfast. Desk staff provided minimal effort at locating sights, ... churches; and were untrained in helping guests find this information. Room was one of the most pleasantly decorated I have stayed in.

Just what I was hoping for

The front desk staff was very nice; The room was clean, adequately sized, had lots of pillows and towels. The toiletries ... provided were sub-par. Housekeeping did come, but also kept bothering us if we didn't put up the "do not disturb" sign. Continental breakfast was just what we expected: coffee, tea, bread, bagels, muffins, cereal, hardboiled eggs, waffle maker, etc. We ate it both mornings because it was free and convenient, and the coffee maker in our room appaered to be broken. Location is very easy to get to, about a minute off of 95. I felt safe parking my car there, and we walked to the Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse right next door for dinner one of the nights. Overall, I was looking for a cheap but nice weekend escape and this was an excellent use of my money. I would recommend it, and would stay there again if I need another hotel in Warwick.

The foyer floor of our room was very dirty.Food crumbs and dust. We told the front desk and they did have the room cleaned ... well that day. That said,we realized that dirt and debris was blowing in from under the door of the room so within 12 hours, it was just as dirty all over again. That's got to be fixed. Room was dusty, almost could not see the TV screen. Hallways were not very clean and elevator threshold (metal grooves under where the door closes)was nasty. The whole hotel needs a good scrubbing. The orange juice was just colored water...had to spit it out. Choices for breakfast very limited...need to add yogurt. The blow dryer holder fell off the wall when I touched it to remove the dryer...anchor bolts came right out of the wall. Told the front desk on Sunday morning but it was not fixed by end of day and remained as it was until we left midday on Monday. Room amenities are very poor. I know this is not a 4 or even 3 star hotel but cleaniness is not optional and you could at least have some body lotion bottles. Probably will not stay there again even though we plan to return to the Providence area several times in the future to visit family. [...]

Some days we had no face cloths, some days only 1 hand towel, last day no bathmat so used bath towel(which were very ... nice).Personel very friendly and helpful. No telephone directory in room.Need to have higher toilet seats. more comfortable chairs. We did not use any amenities.

Our stay at La Quinta perfectly fit our needs. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The only thing I did not like ... was that one of the doors closest to our room was not working so we were unable to park and enter close to our room. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The location of this hotel was a little off-putting. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Room was clean and stocked but ... had a strange smell about it. There was a team of high school basketball players staying there so it got kind of noisy. The breakfast was decent but stopped at 9. Overall it was an average hotel experience.

Find your way out of the industrial district and drive through the town of east greenwich. Very quaint and hospitable town. If you're looking for a park, continue on past east greenwich and find the goddard state park, absolutely stunning.

The room was very clean and quiet. Free use of computer and printer in the lobby to check emails and get airline early ... boarding passes. Continental breakfast was very good with a waffle maker, muffins cereal etc. And the attendant was continously cleaning and very helpful. I would stay at this motel any time I am in the area.

The hotel was always clean. The bed was very very comfortable. We LOVED Maria! She was the best. I mean, honestly, if the ... cleaning staff would have slacked off or the heating wouldn't work or something, Maria more than made up for it. She was very personable, funny, and had great customer service skills.

The room is very comfortable and the staff was accomodating. Its a short drive from the airport and the convention center. I would definatley stay at this hotel again!

The La Quinta Inn, Warwick RI, is a very frindly and clean place to stay. The staff from check in to check out were ... outstanding. We will be staying there again. Their continental breakfast, featuring homemade waffles, put a great start to the day. Only being 5 miles from Downcity Providence, this property is right off I95, conveinent to where we had to go. Oh and don't forget to eat at Bugaboo Creek reataurant, just a hop,skip and a jump from the hotel.

The Providence Place Mall in Downcity. 6 floors of shopping and eats. Yeah the kids loved it there. Dave and Busters and the Imax theater on the top floor. Parking was cheap and plentiful.
