Not the best
I felt very safe at this hotel as a young woman traveling alone. My room did have some issues with ants. They also mixed up the reservations and checked in a different person under my name. I ended up getting charged twice. I was able to talk to the manager the next day and get it worked out, but it took me a long time to check in and not the hassel I was wanting upon my arrival in the middle of the night.

Airport Convience
This is the most convient hotel for the TF Green Airport. If your desire is to be near the airport to pick up or drop off, this is an excellent place to stay. Our room was excellent with a King size bed, sofa and easy chair with a large flat screeen tv and easy to access free Wi-Fi. The room also had a separate area for business. The bathroom was large and well lighted.

Short drive from hotel
Airport rental car return is less than a mile from the hotel and there is a gas station within blocks of the return to re-fuel before returning the rental car. Shopping mall is just one exit away on the interstate, easy to access.

Very good place to stay
Overall, the stay was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the "easy chair" was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the overall value was very good. There was one minor hiccup due to a wake-up call not being delivered one day. Also, the internet is incredibly slow - the worst I have ever encountered in such a facility - day after day over a six day stay.

December stay
Good hotel. I liked location close to highway exits quiet very clean friendly staff local newspaper available could improve - breakfast has standard fare, coffee was weak. - no roll-away cots. a little challenging with older children. - pool is small and a little chilly - exercise room could use weights/resistance equipment.

Infrequent business traveler
Servicable for a quick stay
The hotel was convenient to the airport and Providence, clean with a nice breakfast room. I had hoped to take a few laps in the pool after a long work day but found it too small to bother.

A true value
Front Desk staff was very personable; rooms were impeccably clean; hotel was beautifully maintained, esp. the grounds outside. One of the nicest Holiday Inn Express's I have ever stayed at.

Great hotel with everything you need!
I am a frequent traveler. My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn. It was very clean and they had everything that my family and I needed. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in the area!

Friendly Staff
I enjoyed the staff at this hotel. They were super friendly and provided information regarding pet policy (I stayed with a dog and a rat). Easy access to walk my dog and room available on the first floor. I also inadvertently left my phone in the room post-checkout and they were quick to find it and put it aside for me to pick up.
