December stay
Good hotel. I liked location close to highway exits quiet very clean friendly staff local newspaper available could improve - breakfast has standard fare, coffee was weak. - no roll-away cots. a little challenging with older children. - pool is small and a little chilly - exercise room could use weights/resistance equipment.

Infrequent business traveler
Servicable for a quick stay
The hotel was convenient to the airport and Providence, clean with a nice breakfast room. I had hoped to take a few laps in the pool after a long work day but found it too small to bother.

Great hotel with everything you need!
I am a frequent traveler. My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn. It was very clean and they had everything that my family and I needed. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in the area!

Friendly Staff
I enjoyed the staff at this hotel. They were super friendly and provided information regarding pet policy (I stayed with a dog and a rat). Easy access to walk my dog and room available on the first floor. I also inadvertently left my phone in the room post-checkout and they were quick to find it and put it aside for me to pick up.

Grandma and Grandpa
Excellent Stay and So Friendly!!!
Our stay was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful in all ways. You met us at the airport and took us back with a sack breakfast because of our early departure. Directions you gave were so easy to follow. You even helped our daughter when she got lost. Thanks.hOUSE KEEPING WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING. Friendly smiles were all around. We have stayed here 3 times and will come again.

A full buffet breakfast was served , ( compliments with the room) and at night cocktail hour with snack and sandwiches was set up,( pay yourself). Wonderful to have in the motel.

Good For The Price
I did not receive the room I reserved. Reserved queen size bed with pullout sofa and room had 2 doubled beds. This was not a big deal, however I was never made aware of change until after check –in and then told that was all that was available. Friendly staff: very attentive. Good location: near airport, I-95, minutes from downtown Providence. Overall I would stay here again.

Mainer with a Baby
Great Trip
I really liked how easy it was to find the hotel, just off the exit. Staff made sure a crib was available for our 3-month-old. Check in was quick and easy. Pillows were super soft. Breakfast in the Great Room was really good for a continental. Staff was helpful and friendly with one exception, but I believe she was frazzled due to a full house and an event in the Jefferson Room. (I would be stressed out, too.) The phone went dead the second night and they didn't have another to replace it. Thank goodness for cell phones! And the maintenance worker was awesome. Friendliest guy ever!

unbeatable location for the price
the location is great, the grounds are wonderful, and the room was large and spotless. the breakfast was great, and the people very friendly. I have bad knees and they accommodated us nicely.
