Average. People were very nice but the room smelled too strong of cleaning agents. Id say standard for what you expect with the price. Could have been better.

it was ok. but they dont have housekeeping till you leave. it is 20 min far from closest beach. and they dont have housekeeping till you leave.

good hotel if you just need a place to sleep, room was clean and the kitchen is a bonus.

I booked non smoking.. up on arrival in the night, I was given smoking room.. I asked to at least freshen up.. none went well. I have to take room at that point of time as I already paid the money while booking online. Breakfast was not good..

The hotel isn't the most glamorous, but for the price it more than accommodates my needs, especially for a short stay. What impresses me most though is not the hotel itself, but the polite and courteous staff who are always willing to go above and beyond to help you.

The staff at the front desk was very helpfull. [...] The room was alright but they only provided soap, not shampoo. They also do not alow late check out whick is diffrent from what I am used to. Overall the experinace was adverage for hotels in this price range.

Relatively close to the airport. For what I used it, which was to just stay overnight and leave early to the airport it was completely fine. Definitely not a leisure hotel.

Very close to Rt. 95 and only 15 min from downtown Providence. Stores are near-by (Warwick Mall and other). Rooms have kitchens and refrigerators which makes traveling with children so much easier.

OK, This is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm a world-traveler college student in New England. PROS -There is a FULL kitchen with appliances in every room! So, you don't have to pay that extra $30-40/day for your stay. Bring your own food and just prepare it whenever you want it! -The rooms are large. -The staff is amazing. I lost my key and they replaced it w/o any hassle. Also, I had a problem with the Wi-Fi and she helped me like for 30 mins to solve my problem at 11pm! That's not something you get very often! -Parking is free! -WiFi is $5 for your ENTIRE stay unlike many other hotels that charge $10/day. So, if you're staying for 20 days, you'll only pay $5 for Wi-Fi! -It's only 4 mins. away from a big mall and a huge Stop&Shop (Grocery Store) There are UNO's and all that stuff nearby. -It's only 2 mins away from major highways (95 and 295) BUT, it's located in a very smart spot so that you feel like the hotel is in the woods. CONS - There unfortunately are smoking rooms in every floor. So, unless they have an availability, they might place you next to one. In summer, you can leave the windows open, but in winter, it can be slightly annoying. It's not THAT bad, but you still smell it. - Due to the incredible price they offer, you might run into some lousy people. But, this can happen almost anywhere. OVERALL, if I need to stay at a hotel for more than 2 days in RI, I'm NOT going to pick any other hotel but ESA Warwick! Great place!

We went to stay overnight for a Friend's wedding. The room was clean and comfortable, it wasn't noisy, and they had delivery menus available which made our lives a lot easier esp after 4.5 hrs drive from NYC. It exceeded my expectation.
