short stay - just to sleep

We checked in at 10:30 pm. Staff was nice and friendly. We went to our room and to bed - since we had to get up early. Room ... was average - although not too clean - (hairs). Tub/toilet separate room form the sink. Sheets smelled a bit funny. NOISY - we did not know we were almost literally on the runway! In the morning we opened the blinds and WOW a huge southwest airplane. The continental breakfast was blah! It was ok for the price and the fact that we were there literally 9 hours.

Unglamorous conventional room, but quite adequate for a simple overnight stay at a reasonable price. Room was clean and neat. ... Free wi-fi internet is a plus. Very friendly helpful staff at checkin. Very close to Providence airport--shuttle bus only took 1 minute (call the hotel's front desk when you arrive at the airport to get details and request a pickup). Continental breakfast choices were a bit spare but it did have extended hours.

The hotel is not close to Brown University or RISD (it's a 20-minute $40 taxi ride away), but still is practical and a good value for an out-of-town university visit. You'll have to make the ride from the airport anyway if you fly in, and this is right at the airport. Front desk staff can schedule the taxi for you--just request it at least a half-hour before you need to be picked up (or the night before).

Excellent staff at the reception. She made sure everything was perfect and checked the same thru a phone call as well. Free ... wifi, breakfast and parking. A free PC to browse internet on the lobby too.

This was close to the airport. When we needed to go to the port where we boarded the ship, they were helpful in making ... transportation suggestions and choices. They also were helful in choosing a spot within walking distance for dinner.

Close, Quiet, Simple

It is VERY close to the car rental and the airport. Alamo dropped us off at the hotel instead of making us go to the airport ... and wait for a hotel shuttle. The entrance to the parking area is very dark and not friendly. With all the young kids walking around outside, hanging around the lobby.. it appears this is a place they come to party (although we didn't "see" anything and didn't get bothered by any noise). We stayed here twice, and the second night our A/C didn't work, so we moved to another room. The Continental breakfast isn't that great. The nicest part was that they had a waffle machine. The airport shuttle was timely. So all the important things were great.

Hotel was priced right for the location and room size and type. The King bed was a little too firm for my liking. It was an ... extremely busy weekend due to the air show that was in town and the hotel was not prepared for the extra crowd regarding the continental breakfast. By 8:30 there was only coffee, juice and a few english muffins left.

Inexpensive and close to the airport

Very close to the airport which made coming and going easy. Rooms were rather small, but adequate. Had problems with the ... bathtub being clogged and it took two days to get this resolved. Rugs in the hallways need a good cleaning and are worn, leaving a somewhat poor impression. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Good, not pricey, near airport

This hotel is right on the airport but not really noisy. Rooms are nothing special but good for the price. There is a ... bar/pub: food is costly there for what is available. Free breakfast in AM is pretty good. You can walk to Bertucci's Italian restaurant or to Legal Seafood Restaurant. There is a Wendy's across the street. Car rentals can be walked to as well. Easy access to the interstate, Providence is a few minutes away.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I booked through Orbitz so everything was prepaid. Check in was quick and easy. The young ... woman working the evening of my arrival was cheerful, friendly and helpful in correcting my room assignment (somehow the online booking signed me up for a smoking room when I needed non- smoking). My room was clean and the bed was much more comfortable than my bed a home. The location was great, very close proximity to the airport and the shuttle service was right on time. The complimentary breakfast had a good assortment of pastries, fresh waffles, and many other things. Check out was quick and without incident. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed twice, when I arrived at midnight, and a few days later when I to make a 6:00AM departure. It is clean, quite and ... there is a good Italian restaurant 1/2 a block away. The motel breakfast is nothing special.

Bed bug bites at the hotel

This is the worst stay I have ever had in my life. All four family members got bed bugs bites in the two nights that we ... stayed there. We left a note about the bed bugs to the front desk before we left. Two weeks have passed and we still haven't heard anything from the hotel.

A very clean Room, with nice sized Bed, complete Privacy If wished, A news-paper at the outside of your Door every morning ... (early, In order to enjoy with your morning Coffee If you so wis ) on time dependable wake-up call's, very benificial.Very plasing and helpful Front Desk Staff ( both night and day ) also provided at this motel was an Airport Shuttle, a real economic plus for short time emergency stays for sure, Airport Is just 5 minuets away from this motel, Would certainly stay at and recomend.
