Comfort Inn Airport

We were given the key at 5pm and someone had obviously just taken a shower and hung the towels to dry.We went to the front desk and they said they would clean the room and get us from the lounge when finished.After an hour we went to the desk and found that they had forgotten to notify us.When we got into the room they had only taken out the wet towels and left none!We called the front desk and asked for towels for 2 guests.After an hour we still had no towels.We called the desk again and were told there was no staff on duty.Also alcohol bottles in the trash.

Good location with plenty of dinner options. There is a 'bar' on site. Which is good for a quick drink without having to travel.

The front desk staff was super friendly both at check-in and check-out, and so was the shuttle bus driver who took us to the airport at 0430. The room is average, but what do you expect for <$70/night. The Ibahn broadband WiFi was easy to connect, fast, and free. The only downer was a sense that someone had smoked in the room or the hallway outside, even though we were in a designated no smoking room, or so we thought. The location is perfect for the airport. Less than a 5 minute walk.

Stayed at this Comfort Inn while on business in the area. The staff was very nice. I arrived before the check-in time and they still were able to get me into my room immediately. They even made sure that I had all of the local newspapers and asked if I was in need of anything else during my stay. The room was nice. It showed a bit of 'mileage', but it was spotlessly clean and the work desk, TV and especially the bed were very nice. The continental breakfast was also quite nice for the price (free). The airport / car rental is right next door, and there are a few nice restaurants within walking distance too. This hotel is a good value for a very nice price.

Staff could use some serious hands on customer support upgrades Felt like we were bothering them just by asking a question ... Grill was not open the night we arrived and the next morning opened late Does anyone there LIKE There JOB?????

Stayed 2 nights, basicly what I expected, not much.Hotel could benifit from updating, room was clean. Had a fire alarm at midnight first night, went down to lobby in PJ's, fire rtucks out side, someone had set off fire extinguisher on 2nd floor that vent system spread and seemed like smoke pouring out of 1st floor lobby! All ended OK, arrested the guy that did it!

Very cheap stay for one night. Very close to TF Green airport (two minute drive at most). Room was very clean, quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging the shuttle. Breakfast was standard but pretty good. No complaints, especially for the price.

It was exactly as it was described and more than met our expectations. We simply needed a clean and comfortable place to spend one evening before picking up our rental car the following morning. The room was very quiet and clean. We forgot we were near a major airport! The full breakfast included in the room rate was a very nice bonus too!
