Good Stay
While the valet line was a bit slow once we got to them they took the car quickly and we went to check in. Check in was nice and quick and the room was SPOTLESS. Very clean and tidy. LOVED the big chair :) When I called down for my car the day of checkout they brought it up right on time. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Class, comfort and value
Elegant lobby; friendly, not fawning, staff; fast and smooth car handling, luggage movement and check-in; four elevators; big, high ceiling rooms, big windows, good temperature control, top restaurant and a Starbucks off lobby, two blocks to best riverfront restaurants; and two blocks to art district. I use it for business trips. It's my wife's first choice for couples travel.

Biltmore New Years Eve
The hotel is right in the middle of eveything you want to do inprovidence. We stayed here for New Years Eve and it was great. saw the skating rink and bright night activities right from our window. Walked to providence place shopping, saw a movie at IMAX, and took a quick $4 cab ride to federal hill for dinner. The room was very small but it was clean and the bed was super big and comfy. Would definatly recommed the biltmore, old fashioned charm with modern convience and service.

New Years Eve - Providence
I stay at the Biltmore every time that I'm in Providence for both business and pleasure and will continue to. I'm attracted to this hotel because of it's classic architecture. It is a very beautiful old building and with old there comes some antiquated features which I'm willing to deal with due to the classic nature of the building. This time I did have a complaint or two though. Small one, but the ice machines on floors 7, 8, & 9 were out of order; I realize that it's holiday time and things break but, three floors in a row. The bigger issue was the bathroom. The bathtub was clearly not properly cleaned from the previous guest, loose debris, not sure what. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the tub drain as well as the sink drain were badly clogged. I mentioned this to the clerk at checkout who indicated that they would have happily switched our room. The tub was only discovered about one hour before checkout so switching rooms was not an option although I appreciated the offer. What concerns me is that no notes were made on the issue and I feel that the next guest in room 811 will have a similar experience. Overall, I love the hotel and will continue staying at the Biltmore when in Providence and will continue to recommend it.

Biltmore is old world charm
We got upgraded to a jr. suite which is amazingly spacious. Though this is an older hotel and there are some blemishes in the common areas and some signs of age in the room, the recent upgrade makes it very appealing. All the basics were delivered spot on, climate was perfect, no issues to write about in the bathroom and the last minute upgrade was luxurious.

Historic Providence
The PB is a historical hotel that provides superior service, modern conveniences, and easy access to all that Providence has to offer. Providence is one of our favorite get aways because of its easy access and cosmopolitan feel yet historical significance in New England. We go there often to get away (live in CT) are always surprised by something new. Brickway on Wickenden (great breakfast) was our discovery this time. About a mile walk to the little, unpretentious cafe that serves up a mean breakfast and then, while your digesting, take a walk up the hill back to the hotel in the historical neighborhood. Even in the chilly clime - the walk was well worth the effort.

Old Beauty that still holds its' allure
Enjoyed browsing through all of the memorabelia and old photos of early Providence dispersed throughout the hotel. Loved my corner room. Loved the architecture out my window, could almost imagine I was in a European city.
