Built by Alfred Gwynne Vanderbilt in 1909, the former Vanderbilt Hall is a quintessential Newport mansion that in recent years has been restored to its former glory. - These modern 300 sq ft rooms have views of the Historic Hill neighborhood, and a king- or queen-size bed. There's a kitchenette, minibar and coffee machine, as well as a flat screen TV, free wireless internet, CD/DVD player and Penhaligon's bath products.
- Junior Suite 1
- Junior Suite 400 sq. ft.: With views of the homes of Historic Hill, these 400 sq ft suites have a king- or queen-size bed, and a small sitting area. The room has a clean, modern design, and is equipped with a kitchenette, minibar and a coffee machine. There's a flat screen TV, free wireless internet, CD/DVD player and Penhaligon's bath products.

- Junior Suite 500 sq. ft.: These warm and airy 500+ sq ft suites have views of the Historic Hill neighborhood, Trinity Church or Thames Street. Each room has a king-size bed, and a custom-made bookcase separating the sitting area from the bedroom. There's a kitchenette, minibar and a coffee machine. - Superior Suite
- These 500+ sq ft one-bedroom suites have a king-size bed, kitchenette, minibar, coffee machine and separate living area. The views are of Trinity Church, the garden terrace, or historic Thames Street and Newport Harbour. Some of these suites can connect with other rooms. Each suite has a flat screen TV, free WiFi, CD/DVD player and Penhaligon's bath products.
- Loft Suite
- These two-story, contemporary suites measure 500+ sq ft suites, and overlook either the Historic Hill neighborhood, or Thames Street and Newport Harbour. On the lower level, you'll find a kitchenette, living room and bath, and a bedroom with a king-size bed and master bathroom upstairs. Each room comes with a flat screen TV, free WiFi, CD/DVD player and Penhaligon's bath products.
- VIP Suite
- With spectacular views of the Historic Hill neighborhood, Trinity Church, or Thames Street and some of Newport Harbour, these neutral-hued 700+ sq ft suites include a spacious separate living area. As well as a king-size bed, there's a kitchenette, minibar with coffee machine, flat screen TV, free WiFi, CD/DVD player and Penhaligon's bath products.
