Perfect location, but be prepared to get NO sleep here!!!
My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel. We are newly married and were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway and decided to stay at this hotel due to it's location. Upon entering our room the first night after a great night out on the town, we heard loud music and bass resonating into our room. Come to find out the hotel has a restaurant on the lowest level that turns into a nightclub on the weekends. The music was so loud we were unable to sleep until the music stopped around 2 AM. We called the front desk and they stated that they could not do anything about the music, so they moved us out of our room that night into another room on the next higher level. The sound was just as loud on this floor as the previous lower level. The next night the loud music continued and the problem was made worse because we heard intimate noises coming from the room above ours that should really be kept private between a couple. We called the front desk again this night but our call was answered by a message machine that let us know when the front desk would return in the morning. It appears that the building does not have adequate sound proofing between floors. Outside of sleeping, the room we stayed in is a suite style that has a living room, small kitchen, dining room, beautiful bathroom, and a big separate bedroom. The hotel also has ample parking. Management ended up giving us a discounted stay for our troubles.
