Great breakfast, nice room.
The breakfast was the best, made fresh and a wide variety for all tastes. The room was very nice, with the jacuzzi and fireplace. Quaint but all the modern conveniences. The only downside was the location - not close enough to sites for walking.

Great people, great food, great price!
We've stayed at hotels that cost twice as much (in Newport) and got half the quality. The people at this B+B are lovely, the breakfast is amazing, the location is good and the price was excellent!

The recently renovated Salvation Cafe has amazing food. Tucker's Bistro is also great.

Quaint property, friendly staff...
We arrived in the afternoon and were glad to find plenty of parking, the hotel is only about a 3 minute drive from the main wharf in Newport and five minute drive to The Mansions, the room was clean and spacious and very comfortable; the staff greeted us and we checked in, in under a minute.

Short drive from hotel
The Mansions and Cliff walk are phenomenal. Do remember to bring a pair of sneakers as there is a great deal of walking. Parking was free almost everywhere we went because is not May yet; definitely wear layers as it is very windy due to the proximity to the ocean.

Love love loved it!!!
This place was fantastic! We went On feb. 12 for a romantic getaway. Price of room was unbeatable! And we only wanted to stay somewhere that had a jacuzzi tub. Breakfast the next morning was amazing! So yummy! Also the place is in a great location- we took an hr walk the next morning and just looked at all the amazing homes and shops. Would def stay there again. In fact we liked it so much we are going to sell our house and rent an apartment in that area!

Beech Tree Inn
The staff were very friendly. The room was not modern but clean. The breakfast was amazing. The local was not great. It was in the middle of a street with single family houses and not close enough to walk to the beach or the shopping areas

Charming, welcoming and homey
Good location, walking distance to everything in Newport. Warm and friendly. Nice accomodations. Great full breakfast included. Access to a refrigerator and kitchen use.

Wonderfully Cozy
Very welcoming place & staff.Upon arrival we were given information on attractions & a map. We slept in late & they waited for us for breakfast. No complaints here. Highly reccomended
