Bayberry Inn of Newport is a boutique hotel located in the Historic District of downtown Newport.An elegantly restored 1837 Spanish Victorian with splendid lawns,Private Parking and a wrap around front porch perfect for enjoying a quiet evening. Just a quick stroll to popular shopping, restaurants, and Newport attractions. Bayberry Inn of Newport welcomes its guests with luxurious hospitality in an atmosphere of Newport elegance. Newly renovated in 2003, all guest rooms are highly appointed and uniquely decorated with a comfortably elegant decor. Most guestrooms boast a fireplace, private bath with a 2-person Jacuzzi tub, luxurious linens, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning, cable television/VCR, telephone, high speed wireless Internet access and common area refrigerator.

needs work inside and out!!
in Newport for leisure and relaxation. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was quiet and peaceful. Furnishings were used -couch was worn and bedroom set was a bad attempt at whitewashing- shower barely spit at you and there were ants.There were missing electric baseboard heater covers and the door to the bedroom in the suite didn't close??

if you want to see the mansions in Newport buy the combo pack which allows you to pick 5 properties that you want to see. If you pay for them seperately it costs so much more!!! Don't miss the mansions or the cliff walk
