Great hotel just outside of Newport
Had a great experience with this hotel. Staff was great, everyone was happy and friendly. The hotel was very accommodating, very close to newport, yet just far enough. We had brought our dog with us on this trip, and everything worked out great. Cleaning staff worked around our schedule, there is a large open lot of land across the street for walks, and the front desk even gave him a treat every time we walked by. I would definitely recommend staying here... in fact, we are going again this year.

scratchy sheets
we just needed a place to sleep which was fine. But hotel really needs some upgrades, linens were scratchy and not very modern, water in the tub never drained and had a rust tinge, bed not super comfortable. Location was nice. If you are going to be spending more than a night I'd look elsewhere though.
