An all suites hotel located at atlantic beach adjacent to newports eastons beach. This beachfront neighborhood is only a few moments drive to historic downtown newports waterfront or the mansion district and the cliffwalk is an easy stroll away. Our spacious suites feature windows that open to the ocean breezes and overlook eastons pond and the beach beyond. To make your stay more comfortable all suites are furnished with king sized beds and queen sized sleep sofas with memory foam mattresses. For your convenience our suites are also equipped with a microwave oven refrigerator and coffee maker.

Don't believe what you read!

The hotel misrepresents all features of this property! It is not on the beach; you can't even see the ocean! If you want the breakfast or to use the pool, you have to walk to another hotel, across a road! (Why not just stay there?) They had us in a 3rd floor room with the smallest windows we ever saw in a hotel room (2'x2')! You come to the beach for a view. At least they moved us to the 2nd floor where the rooms had slightly bigger windows and a view of a lagoon. Don't believe anything these people write about their property. They are not honest in their descriptions!

Time-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Look for other hotels in downtown Newport. This hotel is way outside of town and IS NOT by the beach. In town you will find way more to do and you won't need to drive and park. We are staying at the Newport Marriott next time! This place was overpriced and run by liars!

Fine Location, Comfortable Stay

Called ahead to have a bouquet of flowers put in our room for my wife to enjoy, and it was done. We always stay at a Comfort inn when we travel ...never disappointed.
