HAD A DEATH IN THE FAMILY MADE QUICK TRIP TO RI...ONLY THING LEFT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT...SMELLED AND NEED UPDATED

Clean, quiet, good access and parking. Decent breakfast with waffle station. Toilet ran all night.....

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and found the price to match quality and it did the job however this last time we stayed there were a few complications. The toilet would not flush properly (very low water pressure) and instead of helping us they said there was not much they could do besides come by with a plunger, we had toilet problems the whole stay. It was a non-smoking room yet still smelled like smoke and wasn't cleaned properly. The staff was not as friendly as they were the first time around. If you're looking for a quick visit for cheap then this will work but this is not for comfort at all.

Some lights did not work. Bathroom fan did not work. It was clean. Need some repairs.

This is a modest motel on a shopping strip, but if you just need an inexpensive place within a short drive of Providence, RI, you can't beat it. You park in front of your room, it's very quiet, the room was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, there were no bedbugs, there's a microwave and dorm fridge, free breakfast (the standard, but if you're OK with it, you'll save a few bucks at a restaurant).

From the outside the hotel appears fairly modern and tidy but that's just a facade. The room interior was very dated and run down. The bed was comfortable but the linens were obviously too small for the bed. Staff were friendly and the free continental breakfast was OK. There was a PC in the lobby providing free internet access but it was very old and very slow (almost worse than dial up). The hotel met my needs for this trip but is not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

Outside looks nice, rooms dirty, hair dryer electrical cord completely cut off, smoke alarm disabled, no batteryin it, stayed there close to family, attending wedding, reserved 3 nights, only stayed two, too dirty, poor cleaning in the bathroom, towels very flimsy, smelly personnel(poor hygiene). Refused to give us a receipt, told us we could get receipt from the company that we made our reservation with.

Bathroom and shower got clogged easily, towels were damaged. Rooms didn't have iron, we asked for one and it was damaged. Breakfast room staff were mean to us like they didn't want to give breakfast at all.

We took a roadtrip from PA to RI to visit friends. The room wasnt what we expected. The door was hard to close and someone could probably break in easily. The bathroom was dirty. The bed wasnt too bad. Remote didn't work. Bugs were behind the nightstand. The one light didnt work. The fridge didnt get very cold.

The room definitely was not up to my expectations. I am a nit picker. The dryer had dirt and grime on it and in the grooves. The original towels had spots( they changed them)The tv remote did not work even after several changes. The hotel looked as if they have been using the same equipment for at least 10 years. The room was just gone over and not thoroughly cleaned.
