Normally I overlook small things - but when they all come together, I need to list them. Here the computer was down from Saturday evening to Monday morning with "no signal." Although twice someone came in with me and it was promised they would fix it. I could not access the internet to book my stay for the following days. I had intended to extend here, very obviously, I did not. I also base my hotel selections on breakfast being included. Sunday morning it was cancelled for a worship service, although I had specifically asked how long it would be served. Next day I was informed that it wasn't really included, contradicting their advertised "amenities." Yes, Ramada will hear about this, this hotel is definitely not up to the usual standards. The room was never cleaned, although I had asked for it to be done later - I was getting dressed... for "breakfast." And I could normally overlook that the previous tenant's moist towels were left in the bathroom. But then I had to lift the microwave off of the fridge and push it UNDER the desk to connect the very short cable to an outlet. At this point, who cares that the HBO guide was for the previous month - HBO reception was poor at any rate. And that the light over the sink didn't work properly, while inconvenient for shaving, was just something I normally would make no fuss about. To add insult to injury, when I asked for a late check-out, one hour, which is usually no problem, the manager had to add words to the effect, "But you need to be out by then, that's all you will get." Well, yes, I know that, iut felt rude to have to add that. Or maybe by then I! was no longer happy about this choice of hotels. I do expect better of Ramada!
