Good start to 2012
I found the Econolodge to be a very good value hotel ! The location is great ! Near everything that you look for while away, stores, all kinds of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. I made good use of the microwave and fridge. The breakfest was good ( love those waffels!) It was perfect for what I needed for two nights. Only minor negitives and that was the furniture was old and the wifi was not working at the time.

hotel location was great, room needed some TLC and the noise level right outside the room was bad on a couple of the nights, guests stood around outside and drank and talked rather loudly, at odd hours.

Nothing to look at, but OK
This motel was decent for an overnight, but the TV set was "from the year of the flood." So, if your staying there for an extended time and watch movies....that's a problem.

It was neat and clean
The hotel room was very clean and neat. The bed was extremely comfy. I think an extra pillow would be really good. I do think that the rooms could be more updated and the showerheads replaced. I will stay there again on my next trip to Williamsport, PA

Field trip to Red Hill
Well, yes, the fixtures are old, but they're in generally good repair. The beds are standard for inexpensive hotels, but I've had worse in much "better" hotels (in at least two 5-star hotels I've had to sleep on the floor because of bad mattresses). Despite the location next to a busy fueling station it was reasonably quiet. The attached restaurant had a decent menu for my family and a separate sports bar. I think it's a good value.

Large selection of chain restaurants in a small space. Not really walkable, but less than two minutes away by car.

Inexpensive/convenient location
The room was inexpensive and located close to stores, restaurants and the expressway. The toilet didn't flush well and the room was outdated. Not bad for the price, though.

Not so old salty dog
Unbeatable location for the price
We went to dinner at Ichiban's for Christmas eve dinner. The next day we ate a nice breakfast at the motel. Then we visited family Christmas day and left for home. The motel is in the perfect location because it is close to everything. I have stayed in places where you had drive forever to find gas or even something to eat.

All Shopping and dining facilities were right up the road. It was located right off the highway so it was easy to find and, a big plus is the gas station was right next to the motel.

This place is old, badly needs remodeled, mold in ceiling, gross carpet, bad beds, best with lights off. Hotel is incredibly noisey. Free breakfast is a joke.
